Mobile ordering is no faster than waiting in the long and slow moving line. Decided to go inside instead but parking was a nightmare. Staff super friendly but they really have to fix the slow drive thru situation! I will avoid this location in the future.

Very dissatisfied to find that I was only given half of my fries. I ordered delivery. Either the employees are trained to not correctly fill an order, someone’s is blatantly not doing their job, or my delivery driver ate some on the way over. Why did I pay an up charge for a “large” only to get less than what came in the medium fry. It is wrong to do your customers like this.

I placed a mobile order, paid for it. Left and selected "on my way".. When I selected "I've arrived, I proceeded to mobile carryout area to wait for my order to be brought out. After waiting ten minutes, I go to counter to inquire about my order. The Team Leader asks for the order number multiple times and says he can't find it. He shrugs his shoulders and says, "we can cancel it, since I can't find it". It was only AFTER I tell him I don't want it cancelled; I just want the food I ordered, that he finally turns and asks the store manager about it. She picks up a receipt order laying by the register....never started.What irritates me is not that they finally started and completed my order after I'd been waiting over 10 minutes, it's that they brought the food out to me, not where I was standing at counter but all the way over to the mobile pickup area and never once apologized for the inconvenience.It's unfortunate that although this is the only Chick-fil-A in the Apex area, I will not be returning. I will now go to Cary. This location at Apex does NOT deliver even standard decent customer service.

Terrible chic fil a! Staff didn’t seem to care that they couldn’t or wouldn’t do their job. They also didn’t even have basic ingredients for menu items and offered nothing in spite of this. I won’t be ordering here anymore.

This is my second delivery order with this location and I just met the sweetest man. Big shout out to Dennis N. He noticed it was my second delivery and went out his way to bring me a stuffed little cow. I had no idea you supposedly receive one at your first delivery and it was just such a sweet gesture. Thank you so much for brightening up a rainy day!

The one and only horrible Chick-Fil-A I have EVER been to. Slow service is the norm but the food they serve is sad. Happened second time this week.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. Based on the service and employees you would not know it was a Chick-fil-A if not for the sign on the building. They have screwed up multiple orders and don't seem to care.On the most recent incident they forgot an entire entree from a delivery. They promised to have another one delivered ASAP after calling them to let them know, and then never showed up. Went without food for the evening.When I called the next morning and asked for the manager, I was told the manager was not there and they did not know when they would be. I left a message but of course I was never contacted. I would suggest filing a corporate complaint if you experience issues with this store, which many of the reviews indicate.

Bringing food home for my mom and little sister (one chicken sandwich and one 5 piece nuggets). They told me to pull up to the sign but forgot to bring it out to me. I had to get out of my car after 5 minutes. I understand accidents happen but that sucked.

My family and I arrived at 8:30 pm. We had not ordered yet when the cashier (Ava?) told us they were about to close, because I told her we were going to dine-in. I should have left at that point but who doesn’t love CFA food?! I made the mistake of staying. When ordering, I was told I could not get a “special salad” just bc I did not want tomatoes on it. When we got our food, I was missing my cob salad and a fruit cup. They brought me the salad without the condiments it comes with, and I was told they had no fruit cups, so I told them to substitute it with a chicken soup, they gave me a tortilla soup… like 18 minutes after… I went to exchange it for the right one but got it with no crackers… we found a hair in a sandwich… then I found an insect in my salad.Not coming back for sure!
