I don’t Want to share the bad experience I had but please if you enroll your kids in any daycare check the cameras every one hour at least to see how they are treated and if you work close to the daycare go in person at least once a week without telling them that you are coming and check on your kid.

We love the way each day is structured for learning and play, and yet our kid gets time to explore new things everyday! Teachers are very caring, organized, knowledgeable and keeps us updated with daily activities and progress via App! Our son has made lot of friends and very excited to go to school every day! Very Happy to see daily picture updates of our toddler trying new food!! Overall very positive experience with Children's Lighthouse of Apex!

We've had the pleasure of sending our 3-year-old to this daycare since May, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff here is attentive especially in the 3s classroom where our child is currently at. They are warm, caring, and truly invested in the well-being of each child. Our child quickly formed bonds with the teachers, though he can be very shy & slow to move with people. The communication between the staff and parents has been great. They keep us informed about our child's activities, progress, and any concerns promptly and effectively on a daily basis. The facility itself is well-maintained and designed with young children in mind. It's safe, clean, and filled with a variety of age-appropriate toys and activities that keep the kids engaged and learning. We recommend it to any parents looking for a safe & nurturing place for their little ones. It's been a wonderful experience so far, and we're so grateful for the care and support our child receives here.

We recently started our daughter at Children’s lighthouse and as new parents were nervous about daycare but they have made the transition and experience so comforting! The staff is so friendly, know who you and your child are and treat them like their own. We are so comforted by the care and communication they provide!

My kid went to this apex lighthouse facility for about 6 months. Teachers here are very friendly and caring. We have seen a lot of emotional development in him and no complaints. This is very safe and secure day care and I would highly recommend this.

My children have gone to CLH for over a year. My youngest at the time started in Toddlers and we were very nervous for his start as he had never been in childcare before. Luckily, his teachers eased him into their care and gave up lots of updates daily on his progress. He is now in the 2s and has begun potty training the ladies there are fantastic. The curriculum is great and the daily updates about what they’re learning gives us things to work on and discuss as a family. Huge shout out to Ms. Tenay and Ms. NeNe! Thank you for caring for our son and we cannot wait for our newest baby to start her journey at CLH. She had a great first week with Ms. Jian!

If the option is given I will give Zero stars to this center. They did disenroll my kid for inappropriate reasons.A month ago they moved from 3 year class (Room 8) to 4 year class (Room 10) stating his progress is exceptional and ready to move forward. He has not yet turned 4 years old and the new class has 4.5 years and almost 5 years kids, with no transition time. We asked they said they don't have that kind of process. Common, how a kid will get used new class with older kids with almost no known kids from the last class. Normally when kids move upward class they spend 2-3 hours in transition. (Later we found that they had a shortage of teachers and that was the reason they moved my kid to the next class.) Now after moving to a new class my kid was not comfortable and had a few potty accidents. Later we found that the new class has only 2 potties with 25 kids and one of them has a loud flush sound and he is scared of that sound. So obviously he was not using that other one occupied there is an obvious reason why accidents start happening in 4-year class. The 3-year class has 4 putties with 3 are small and more convenient for kids. My kid has no accidents in that class. Within 1 week of moving to 4-year class, they said they could not keep my kid in their daycare without any warning they just enforced their decision on us. Ms. Laurel even said, "They allowed to disenroll kids on the same day!" Wow.. That is extreme you can't do that we are working parents and that is the reason we enrolled in daycare. We feel Ms. Laurel doesn't have any manners to talk with her parents. She needs to move out and a more responsible person should be assigned for the job.Do not enroll your kid in this center. Avoid this center they are pathetic and unprofessional. This is our second kid so we know how daycares process and all. There are more professional daycare centers in the area like All Stars in Apex and The Goddard School of Apex. They are 5-star daycare centers.

The people that work here are unfriendly and shouldn’t be trusted with children. Took them weeks to get my access to the cameras. I witnessed a worker yanking kids around by the arm when I finally got access. My kid came home with half dirty diapers like they barely wiped her clean. Witnessed a 2 year old girl walking around with her pants around her ankles and told the worker I think she needs help and the worker ignored me and the girl and just brushed it off. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE daycare don’t sent your kids here. Looks are deceiving
