These guys were friendly, forthcoming, and prompt throughout the entire process. Really appreciated getting a full rundown of projected repairs and cost estimates, with option to accept or decline, sent directly to my phone. Great customer service when I called in for follow-up.

Estimate was quoted at $802 for a power steering pressure hose that costs $50 on amazon and labor cost close to $600. Can be done above engine by removing airfilter to reach hose and steering column connect and then hose is accessible for removal with a socket/wrench. Plus, charged $89 for a leak test i already knew was leaking. When asked, I assumed surrounding area and not the hose (being the reason for coming in). I clearly stated when scheduling an appointment that my power steering pressure hose was leaking and needed replacment. 45 min job tops but due to being in a bind, I went with it. I feel suckered in and taken advantage of.

I've only ever dealt with Christian brothers for transmission maintenance services. They have done excellent work, even debugging and an issue for a leak after that ended up having nothing to do with their work (transmission dipstick filler tube happened to start leaking 2 weeks later after they serviced). Their prices are much more competitive than dealers and I value that being what I brought them has 2 decades of age on each vehicle. Excellent communication of work they will do and communication throughout the job. I also would note this far and hope this never changes, but I have never had them push for services that I did not come in for. Thank you Christina brothers team.

I cannot thanks these guys enough for fixing my 2006 Mazda Sport Wagon. I got tired of the dealership garbage and run around with my car and have been going there for years since I purchased my car from them. I decided to try out Christian Brothers since the dealership told me they no longer work on cars older then 10 years. I was shocked since I bought the car new from them. Christian Brothers took my car in and told me what was needed and that the dealer had missed things needed for years. Matt from Christian Brothers sent me pictures and a awesome estimate on several things that needed attention. They were fast and efficient and I was blown away by their attention to detail. Got my car back and its running like new again. I wont say who the dealership is in Cary Crossroads but I will say Matt and the guys at Christian Brothers Automotive are Rock Stars and I will take all of my vehicles to them from now on.

CBA was great. They diagnosed a problem that had been previously fixed by another shop. Rather than try to convince me to have them fix it again they suggested it might be worth talking to the other shop. I did and the previous work had a warranty. No pressure, honest professionals who know their stuff and deserve your business.

Needed a 75K service, oil change and regular maintenance oil change, wipers replaced - on our Lexus ES300h - these guys were OUTSTANDING. Honest, reliable and educational. Really happy with the results. Like their portal that tells me so much in a language I can understand it. Thank you guys so much!

I always am trusting of Christian Brothers. They had to replace the lower engine oil pan gasket, repace right and left valve cover gasket, and replace the spark plugs. It was expensive, but I trusted them that was necessary.
