Ms Patel treated me very rudely. I had always dealt with others at this branch and was happy but after my interaction with Ms Patel I am closing my accounts. She kept changing her answers when I asked her questions

Went into this location to get a signature for the verification of my identity for an investment fund. With form in hand, was asked by branch manager if this request is for me or “my husband.” Stated that I do not have a husband and received reputing responds that this question was in reference to the form not a personal question. If this was the case, the question should have been formalized as such. Branch manager went back and forth with me, at times stating that this is my form and that it is confusing and at other times trying to explain to me what the form is for and what it is I need to do. Ultimately, after the BM stated that he would assist me, because they’re here to serve, I had to leave to print out the proof I need to get the signature for purpose of verification my identity at home because “they don’t do that there.”

I have banked with them for over a decade and they won't release a check I deposited from my own account for 10 days, even after it has cleared my account... this bank is good if you are just an average Joe, maybe, but if you have any large deposits or any business needs go to somewhere else.

Peter Jackson and Franca Luzzi could not have been any more kinder. The amazing point is, I am not a member and they still went above and beyond to be helpful. If I wasn't invested in another credit union, I would definitely open an account here. I am very thankful to these two.
