Store is GREAT! Max always friendly and helpful.
Pharmacy staff is ridiculously unhelpful. Had an issue where Pharm Tech said it’d be 30 min wait for prescription to be fulfilled. I chose not to sit and wait. After leaving, I rec’d a text within 5 minutes stating that my order was ready. I went back (inconvenient), complained to the pharmacist — she provided a deer in the headlights blank state. Only replied, “that’s just what we tell people”.
Will never use that pharmacy again.

Absolutely careless pharmacy, I have asked few times to staff for a pharmacy to have a question regarding my son, as curtesy they should have stopped at desk to answer even after leaving in front of them saying its taking to much time. I wish we have other pharmacy than cvs to avoid giving them a business.

I stood at prescription pick up in store for 10 minutes. Someone finally asked me from a distance if I was picking something up I said yes. She asked me to say my name and birthdate from a distance with no consideration of my privacy. Then I stood there for another 10 minutes. Was asked again if I needed something. I said yes I'm standing here. Then the person that checked me out had terrible manners. I will never have another prescription sent to this pharmacy.

I am reposting my review because they did call me and it is really not their fault that you cannot speak to the pharmacist any longer. They explained my issue so at the moment I am somewhat pleased.

Super nice place to shop. Extremely helpful staff, always pleasant. This store has a lot of extra items (saves me from driving 6 more miles to another store). From party supplies, to pet food, to cleaning products, etc.

Worst store , never recommend. I had set it as my store doctor prescribed a medicine which was not there at the store and they suggested to go for a different store for pick up which is 45 minutes from This store and they promised to send the prescription to that store . I drove 45 minutes but they didn’t send the prescription, I was asked to wait more 30 minutes.. worst experience

The staff are helpful but the owner does not hire enough staff. Every other cvs in area has more staff. I feel bad for the staff because customers get upset with them but the problem is the owner does not get enough help! Multiple times window is closed or you have to sit on hold like I did tonight for over 50 minutes! Shame on whoever owns this store. I see why there is so much turnover at this specific store.

Terrible experience. I Stood at the pharmacy counter 10 minutes and the 4 staff behind the counter did not look up or acknowledge my presence. I was the only person in line. I left and went to Holly Springs Pharmacy and was serviced immediately.
