It's a great place to go when you need something fast, the only downfall is I feel like some items are just overpriced and not much options for left handed golfers. Was lucky enough to get a 60 degree.

Patrick was AMAZING in explaining the different types of shoes, brands, and preferences based on your physical goals. Great location, great customer service from Patrick!

It's always a pleasure to visit the Apex Dick's. The store is large, clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and I never have to wait long in line. Great store!

Would definitely go back! I was buying a golf gift but knew nothing about the sport. BUT Keegan was an expert and knew everything & more about golf!!! Ask for Keegan if you are in need of a golf gift!

Meh. One of the reasons to go to a brick and mortar store is to try things on to make sure they fit. There are two fitting rooms? Both were occupied and it seemed that the people occupying them were going to be a while (which is fine btw, take as much time as you need). I can just order online from a cheaper retailer if I want the try-it-on-at-home experience. The employees are nice though :)

The selection of sporting items seems to be getting smaller and it is becoming a clothing store. Also be prepared to spend big bucks if you buy anything. The store is neat and clean and organized and check out was quick so I gave an extra star for that.

I bought a pair of soccer cleats last Friday at the Durham, NC, location, and they did not fit at all. I couldn't tell when I tried them on in the store. They killed my heels within 30 minutes so I decided to return and buy another pair with store credit. I went to the Apex store for the return because I saw they had the cleats I wanted to exchange them for (the Durham location did not have them in stock). The female employee told me I couldn't return them because they were "too worn" despite only being used once for 30 minutes. I won't pretend they were exactly as I bought them, but they were a wet wipe away from looking brand new.
This was after a male employee at the front of the store said there was no problem. I immediately drove back to the Durham store, and they completed the return with no problem. I ended up having to drive to a different town and spend $65 more on different cleats (because, as I said, they didn't have the ones I needed in stock. So I had to buy the fancier version), and I don't know why. I was quickly dismissed at the Apex store and received totally different service at Durham.

I bought three pairs of shoes from here yesterday. Friendly staff. We tried many shoes and they brought them out whatever we asked. Good collection.

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They all appear to be standing around holding up the walls, but never helping customers. I was looking at the shoes today while a group of employees were clumped up together chatting. One walks over — a young woman with long black hair in a high pony tail. She gave me the nastiest look, a once over from head to toe, said nothing and walked back to her very important conversation. Is this the kind of customer experience you want to give people? Pathetic.

Lots of cloths. Not great prices(same as Amazon). Very few mirrors only in dressing rooms. Very limited selection and brands of rain coats.

I was in the market for some new mountain bikes. Went to the somewhat local DSG store in my area of Eastern Washington. Purchased two bikes totaling $1k. However, that particular store didn't have the size of bike that I needed. Rather they had two available at another location in town. So I drove out there. After asking an employee for the particular bike that I was wanting to purchase. He located it as it was not on the floor. He returned and said it was in a box and that it would be 2hrs or so to assembly it. I told him that I was very mechanically inclined and that I would buy it in the box. He the proceeds to tell me that it was store policy that they had to assembly it and I couldn't purchase it in the box. I laughed and told him that I didn't care. If they wanted my money then they will sell it to me as is. He went to talk to his manager and came back again. Told me that his manager said it was store policy and that they wouldnt sell it to me in the box. Mind you, not once did that store manager come out to talk to me in person. I then asked the employee if I purchased it online and had it shipped to my home, would it come in that very same box disassemble? He replied "yes it would". So I laughed again and said what is the difference then? He just continued to state that it was their policy. So I walked out and spent my $1400 at a local privately owned bike shop. I will never shop at DSG again. absolutely ridiculous. I'm still in awe that they would so willing give up a sale like that. Corporate needs to figure things out. Anyways, that's my Karen moment. I hope you don't have the same experience that I did.

Went in today to find out the return policy on some shoes. The young kids at the front were really nice as I didn’t expect anything. The manager came over puffing his chest. You would have thought he owned the store. Calm down buddy it’s not that big of a deal. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or the steroids, but the way he snapped at me when I was simple trying to find out information on their return policy was unacceptable. I’ll be ordering my shoes online for now on.
