I don’t understand why the hell it says ur open at 9 when ur literally closed and someone outside waiting. Lock in bro. I just wanted to buy a ballon before my mom woke up for her birthday. Yall ruined my day and her birthday.

They had the helium birthday balloons we needed! Closer stores were out of helium. They also have a red dollar tree sign!

The staff here is great. It was super busy on Sunday, but the guy checking people out go through the line quickly.

The signs on the door and on the website say that the store opens up at 9am and the store isn't open. 2 male workers are sitting on a bench outside the store waiting.

This location has limited supplies and staff. This is nearest location for us however I find other locations like Cary, Holly Springs having lots of supplies and variety.

One SLOW person working ONE REGISTER on a Saturday morning. The line was up the isle to the back of the store. A few people put their items down and left. 20 minutes into OUR wait, and about 10 customers remaining, someone FINALLY came out of the office to open another register. Unacceptable, and extremely POOR management!

Previous review was one star, nine months ago, but I have since been back and it is fully stocked and operational, comparable to other stores in this chain. Maybe reviews really work?

What a dump. Some good staff, some being very rude. Very empty shelves. Merch all over floor. Use bathrooms only for a dare. With the mouthy annoying kids last visit, it was like an overrun playground. Not just Dollar Tree. It’s really hard to find staff willing to work in Apex for retail pay rates. Why everything is so expensive in this town.

Worst Dollar Tree ever. The employees are checking customers out while one older male cashier is screaming at the younger cashier. Young male cashier with longer hair is just trying to do his job while getting screamed at. It is complete chaos and there is trash all over the floors and shelves on every isle. Wish 0 stars was an option.

Decent Dollar Tree. It's normally very busy so it's never fully stocked. Don't choose the checkout line with the old man bcs God is he rude. Probably the most unpleasant employee at Dollar Tree I've ever met.
