This review is long overdue, but we had to leave a positive note after working with Drew twice! After moving to NC, my spouse and I worked with Drew to purchase our first-ever home in 2020. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and worked us through every step of the way to help us buy a home we absolutely ADORED. After unexpectedly getting dual job offers out-of-state a year and a half later, Drew helped us sell that same home for well over asking this past summer. We wish we could continue working with Drew in our next housing hunt as we get ready to relocate out of NC. We would *highly* recommend Drew to anyone in need of an agent in the NC Triangle area. My husband and I were in Myrtle Beach the last week of December 2020 for a little holiday getaway with our kids. We had always talked about leaving our hometown of Philadelphia, PA and moving somewhere else and decided on our drive home from SC to pit stop in the RTP area and explore Cary & Apex for 2 days. Those 2 days ended up being New Year's Eve and New Years Day. If the visit went well, we were going to try to relocate to the area. On December 29th we looked up on Google a realtor in the Apex area and stumbled upon Drew because of his 5 star reviews. I didn't believe someone could be perfect and have 5 stars. We reached out to Drew and said we were interested in seeing some new construction model homes in Apex on New Year's Day. Drew responded to our email inquiry within the hour, called us and had a lengthy conversation with us, and then was able to arrange us to see a model home in Apex on New Years Day. He spent time away from his family and talked about the area with us for hours after viewing the model home. We returned to Philadelphia and then through Drew's tenacity and working with the builder's sales agents, we were able to secure a lot in a Lennar new build site in Apex. From the onset, Drew has always given us thorough, detailed, honest advice. He is available any day/time and will respond to our group texts late at night. He reschedules appointments to attend all necessary meetings with the builder and arranged all our inspections for us. Up until the point we moved down into a temporary apartment while our home was being finished, Drew would go out to our homesite and take pictures and upload them to a Google Album. If you decide to go with a new build, it's to your advantage to have someone like Drew on your side to help you throughout the process. You honestly can't go wrong with Drew - he is excellent at his craft and a fantastic realtor. He also put us in touch with an incredible lender that gave us fantastic rates and made sure we had a seamless closing process. Drew has lived in this area for a long time and really knows his stuff. We are so grateful to have found Drew and HIGHLY recommend him!

Don't let his devilishly handsome good looks fool you, this man is an absolute angel! He worked with us to make sure our house was market ready, and kept us informed for when the market was HOT for selling. Under his guidance we had an offer on the same day it was open for showings and he got us an offer that was WELL over our asking price! He let us text him with questions, quickly responded and was patient with us who had know idea what we were doing. All of our paperwork was given to us and explained in a timely matter, but honestly what we really loved about this man is how kind, patient, and personable he was throughout our business together. 10/10 great realtor, 11/10 amazing human being.
