They went above and beyond for me this week, I came in with a last-minute Mother's Day project, which was put behind due to a different vendor. They were able to quickly accommodate me and get the job done to save the day. I highly recommend Embroidme Apex?

Just yo be clear here, I do not do, or have a lot of need for embroidery. So in that light, I can't say I have a lot to compare EmbroidMe against. However, the few times I have had the need, they have come though. Both times it turned into a rush job at Christmas because I did not think far enough ahead, and I went to them expecting to need to beg on hands and knees to get it done in time... Well they didn't make me do that! (Though I would have). But they were about to get me "rushed" and completed my project in time!All I can say is THANK YOU!

Unfortunately there is no zero stars to rate this since the order was not completed in fact.I brought polos for TMSA logos, black for high school (which is Apex) and blue for middle, so this is Triangle. I repeated the order several times and the employee assured me that they are absolutely aware of what should be where. When I got my order it was totally vice versa - blue with Apex, black with Triangle. When I sent a message the first response was - NO, the black should be with TRIANGLE, per the school regulations. No, I said. Then they stated that it was in my order that I requested it that way, which could not possible be true either. I know that August is not an easy time, but don't take orders if you cannot do that properly. At least try to fix what you did wrong. That is absolutely unacceptable.P.S. - The answer given by the owner only proves how unprofessional the company is. And arrogant on top of that.I do not come with a poor rating ALL OF A SUDDEN. I texted when I found out the order was wrong and gave you enough time to say SORRY, we will fix what we did wrong. And I did text yet again yesterday BEFORE I came with the rating. Exactly due to the reason I did not want to be unfair. I know that the beginning of the school year is a hard time for providers too. Right, you are not responsible for following the logo policy, you are responsible for providing the service the way it was ordered. But you did it wrong, then argued, then denied, then ignored. Your mistake has nothing to do with the school policy. You did it completely WRONG, exactly NOT IN ACCORDANCE with the school policy.Unfortunately, this review will not change much, as the number of providers is limited, and you obviously have no competition. The school's uniforms are in fact mafia per se too. However, I at least hope that the other customers are aware and are not double but triple check everything. If for you 100+ dollars do not mean anything, they do for me. I still hope whatever margin you got on this will not be good for you.

Complete fiasko. Order delayed 5 months and wouldn't refund the order. Was a hassel to pickup the order because of the odd open hours. Poor workman ship of the order and completely misfitting sweaters, awful quality: flimsy even transparent and paid $123 for four shirts. Bought "Large" size looks like a church gown you would think it is XXXL! It's a joke.

Made our polo shirts we have been ordering from them for the past 4 years the wrong color, offered a discount on our next order. Took them up on their offer for Christmas presents for our guys. Order placed and paid 11/20/2020, promised by 12/08/2020. No text, no email or phone call from them by 12/15/2020. Store closed every time we try to stop by and phone goes straight to voicemail. Voicemail greeting claims "due to covid 19 store is closed but will taking limited orders" Start calling and emailing every week and asked that our order be cancelled if not ready by 01/08/2021. We keep calling and emailing and 01/ 25/2021 someone finally picks up the phone. We ask for a refund and after "looking into it", Charles claims the order is now ready and just needs to be picked up. A refund can only be offered after he checks with his accountant. To this date, we have no refund and no other communication from EmbroidMe.

Needed a monogram on a towel wrap and they were able to turn it around within hours the day prior to Christmas Eve. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The qualifying the work is superb.

I received a quality product from these guys and the embroidering was wonderfully done. I had a minor snafu with my order and it was readily addressed and fixed without issue. I would recommend these guys and would use them again!

I dropped off a backpack over the weekend to be embroidered. The end result exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to Embroidme in the near future!

needed shirts on a Saturday went in on a Thursday got the shirts on a Friday! was insane awesome people got me my shirts I needed for my grand opening will only be working with them from now on

Dropped off item with 8 day lead time. Went to pick it up and told it would not be ready for another 4 days due to a family emergency. Understand these things occur, but do not accept not receiving a call to alert me of the situation so I could make other arrangements. Was told they would try to get someone in to do the job and would call me to let me know by 2:00. No call. I went to pick up the item to take it somewhere else at 3:30 and it had been completed and looked good. Appreciate receiving the completed item to meet my deadline but would not use them again. I have no confidence in their management.
