We had to get a rental while we replaced a damaged vehicle and the process was very smooth. Insurance made arrangements for us and it was easy to work with the entire Enterprise team there. They are friendly and polite and really care about your satisfaction! I enjoyed the smiles and engagement from you all. Thank you!

I had a wreck and totaled my car on New Year’s Eve. Enterprise at Apex was open and I was able to get a vehicle to use while I worked out the details with my insurance company and for long enough to shop for a replacement vehicle. Staff at Apex were professional and friendly. It was stress free and I had no issues with the car.

I often rent at this location for work and less so, personally. I prefer to rent here not just because of the proximity to my home, but because of the ease in getting picked up, getting the vehicle quickly and if you have feedback, they listen. My most recent rental was very quick, the staff I hadn't met before were friendly and the vehicle was very comfortable, making me miss driving a minivan! I cannot find the name of the young woman who is originally from Pennsylvania and completed the rental transaction, but she did a great job!

Told Nathan I needed a car on thursday. Insurance wasn't kicking in til friday but i needed it thursday. He never told me I wasn't getting one. My assumption being I'd pay out of pocket for the extra day. Thurs morning I had no car. Ruined my plans for the day, cost me money and stress. I called him on it friday morning. He says he told me on the phone. But he never did as I was completely willing to pay out of pocket for one day and would have responded to him exactly that way if he had told me. I was angry but not at all in any way that could have been seen as combative or threatening. He took it as an excuse to refuse me service. Becasue he couldn't face his mistake. Once he severed the contract I used a lot of expletives to tell him how I felt about his choice. Customer service is dead, all I needed was a simple sorry about the confusion. Instead I got the small minded response from a scared little man who couldn't admit he was wrong. Be warned.Edit. It's been days since I reached out to the corporate email. No response. Seems it may have simply been a tactic to show they cared when in fact.....

Was a great experience, needed a rental due to mechanical problem with my own car. I called my local enterprise they had what I needed for right away and easy process and got it. People at the place were AMAZING and FRIENDLY, which is so important due to what we facing these days.

The truck I rented was newer and near the top of the line. What I didn’t appreciate though was that the truck was filthy. I had to clean the windshield inside and out because I couldn’t see through it at night; the seats were dirty and the bed had branches and caked on dirt in it when the vehicle wasn’t parked around trees.

I've been renting from Enterprise for almost 20 years and always had a pleasant rental experience with Enterprise vs the competitive rental companies. My latest rental was no exception. I booked online and am 100% satisfied with the whole rental process. The Enterprise associates I interacted with were pleasant and extremely helpful to modify my reservation and answer any questions to assure my satisfaction. I will continue to rent from Enterprise.
