Lissa is the best. I’ve been seeing her for years. I’m an old woman with long white hair. Lissa takes excellent care of it and never once has she told me I should cut it short. I adore her.

I drive over an hour each way to go to this salon; my stylist changed locations, and there was no way I was going to lose her! Worth it, every time. The salon is clean and modern, usually pretty quiet (which I can appreciate during the 3hr long appointments that are more like a mini getaway and time I cherish so very much away from a busy work schedule and life in general, but I digress… )
My stylist is the absolute best- so sweet, kind, and caring. Not only does she kill it with her skills and experience, but she’s super knowledgeable about maintaining my hair’s integrity and health.
I consider her a good friend that I look forward to seeing every 8 weeks, and you’d be lucky to have her as your stylist, too.
Highly recommend EnV Salon, and especially Alexa!

I’ve been seeing Lissa for years, and she’s truly the best! She finds the perfect hair color that flatters me without washing me out. I get compliments on both my haircut and color all the time. She really listens to what I want, and I always leave feeling amazing. Highly recommend her!

I love enV Salon. It has a great vibe and everyone is so nice. Lissa is the best and has been doing my hair for years. Only haircuts at first. I’d never colored my hair but was toying with the idea of highlights. She talked me through the process more times than I can count only for me to cancel the color appointments for just a cut. She never pressured me, never got annoyed, just laughed with me and gave me amazing cuts. As 40 hit I was seeing grays pop up more and I was ready to take the plunge. She talked me through it once again and I went for it. She started subtle. I loved it so much that each time I’ve gotten color since we go a touch more noticeable. She really listens to what you want while adding her ideas and expertise. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair.

Lissa is absolutely fabulous! I see her every few months for vivid coloring and short hair styling and have never worried about giving her full creative license.
I like to keep my day-to-day styling low maintenance and Lissa has always done a great job balancing great (and flattering) looks with minimal daily effort on my part. She listens to my concerns, explains the processes taking place, and is super knowledgeable about what is or isn't possible when it comes to my hair!

Lissa is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever encountered. After having bad dye jobs and haircuts when I was younger I found Lissa and she is my saving grace and gave me my confidence back. She is so thorough and truly listens to what her clients need. She is a wizard with hair coloring (ive gone both lighter and darker) and her cuts always leave my hair feeling healthier and beautiful.
She is momentarily working part time but somehow manages to fit all of her clients in seamlessly. I cannot recommend her enough. I don’t live in North Carolina right now but love how she does my hair so much I fly back just to see her.
Lissa is kind, patient, and truly cares about all of her clients. She bought me donuts to snack on while she did my prom makeup and gives me flowers on milestone birthdays. She is a gem. I have been seeing her for over 13 years and have never once had a haircut that wasn’t beyond beautiful!

Lisa the manager at this salon sucks and completely let me down, she switched to part time and said she couldn’t do my extensions anymore so it left me trying to find salons around that had that specific type of extension. She also lob-sided my extensions on top of my head and they were very uneven. Would not recommend her at all

What kind of person does this? See photos.
Hair service was for foil highlights:
Bleach was left in my hair at the nape of my neck resulting in skin irritation. My shirt collar was bleached and ruined. Still have permanent hair damage…only glad it’s in the back and can be easily covered.
What happened? After my appointment on the way home my neck itched and burned. When I got home I removed my shirt to find the collar line area damaged and bleached. I assumed some water leaked while having my hair washed at the salon. No big deal.
Later that night I put my newly highlighted hair in an up do to go out. That’s when my husband pointed out that a had a large almost white chunk of hair at the bottom of my head…the ends were fried off.
Also - aside from the white chunk of hair there were no highlights above this…like the stylist decided to just skip some of my head and put a glob of bleach at the bottom. Unreal!
I believe she knew exactly what happened when it happened. I recall she kept spraying my neck with water after my hair was already washed.
She didn’t have a problem collecting $240 and not saying a word about what she had done. At the very least, apologize for bleaching my shirt and offer to correct the mistake! Have you no integrity?

The best salon experience! EnV Salon had a beautiful atmosphere and an even better stylist to make my hair dreams come to life. Lissa V. listened exactly to what I wanted and took her time to execute the style I wanted with great conversation. She was so kind, caring and funny! How could you go wrong? Courtney Winterborne is simply incredible! She actively listened to what I wanted and translated it into the best haircut and color + highlights job that I've ever had. She is a color master and knows exactly what to do to ensure the color and highlights come through as requested. She cleaned up a mess of haircut and layers that I got from a different salon into a new and perfectly blended style that I'm just in love with. Courtney is also a gem to chat with if you want to chat through your time with her. She's got her passions and is so knowledgeable about many topics. She made me feel comfortable from the start and I felt beautiful leaving the salon. I highly recommend Courtney for not only her skills and talents, but also for the very positive experience you'll have with her. I'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and unfortunately the stylists I’ve had have changed quite a bit. However, I keep coming back because it has a great location, it’s clean, and overall, the staff I’ve interacted with have been welcoming. Recently I had Courtney and I would recommend her. She’s easy to talk to, listens to what you want, and does a good job of making sure your expectations are met.
