I have been going to Excel nails for over a year , and Lili and all staff take great care of me!Very clean!Im always satisfied with my services pedicure,regular manicure also Eye brow wax all very Well done!I recommend calling for an appointment. The service sucked big time. First time I came with long nail no problem. $45 for fill in gel. Second time I come with some nails the owner tried to charge me more for the same service talkn about my nails long ma'am it's the same length as the first time. And the man took over a hour just to do a simple fill in that should only take 45 min All they care about is money not the customer quality. if your not paying $100 on your nails they treat you differently definitely a poor experience.

I came here today for help...I had gone to a beautiful new nail spa in Apex and had a very botched manicure. I came to Exel and was absolutely blown away. kati was a godsend and not only did she make my nails the most beautiful they’ve ever been, she was quick but prior prioritized quality and detail. She was kind and empathetic and I know I have found my place. Don't be swayed by the new "big box" spas...Exel is the real deal and Katie has exceptional credentials. Thank you Katie!

I can't remember the name of the gentleman that did my gel manicure and pedicure but he was great! Everyone was very friendly and sweet. I also usually have a hard time with gel manicures chipping within ~ 1 week but this manicure is 2+ weeks and still in great condition even after my honeymoon full of hauling luggage all over Europe and swimming in the rocky Mediterranean! This is definitely my new nail salon!

I stopped by as a walk in with me and my daughters. I personally had Katie and she was FANTASTIC, very gentle and helped me pick the perfect color to match my inspiration picture.
I am so happy to find my permanent nail salon! 2 of my girls got pedicures, and they gave them the full spa experience. One of my daughters got a gel manicure and she took her time with her.

Stepping into Exel Nail spa, I immediately felt relaxed amidst the serene atmosphere. The friendly staff provided impeccable service, ensuring my manicure and pedicure were flawless.
