I have to shout out Josh Haddock for being such a great personal banker, and making sure that opening a new checking & savings account at Fifth Third Bank was a smooth process. He was polite, curious about my goals, thorough with letting me know next steps, and a great introduction to Fifth Third and the quality of service I can expect to receive. I'm doing a lot of adulting this year, and with him as my banker, I'm sure I will meet those goals with no problem. The bank itself was gorgeous, modern, and inviting on the inside. I'm glad I made the switch, and I hope I enjoy building a banking relationship with Fifth Third for years to come. Thank you, Josh and Fifth Third!

Sangita was such a sweet woman to talk too while I was withdrawing some funds from my account. She was in training, but very positive and just made the experience as a whole something worth coming back too.

First let me say I’ve been with Fifth third for over 4 years now. I love this bank! This is my 2nd time coming to this branch. And both times haven’t been nice for me. I’ve had the same lady and her attitude is very poor. Customer service is lacking with her. On her name tag it says her name is Asmita Kamal. I will drive a extra 10 minutes to another branch

A great addition to the Lake Pine Plaza Community. This is a full service bank, including drive-thru teller and ATM services. If you're familiar with the Plaza, 5th 3rd is along the highway side of the stores on the opposite corner for McDonald's.
