I came for oil change, I told the front desk gentleman that the left back light is not working, needs to be replaced. I repeated the request during my waiting. After one hour, the gentleman told me that the staffs didn’t find the light anything wrong. I had to go parking lot (they finished the job ready to release to me), showed the gentleman who admitted that the back left light is not on. He ordered to replace. It is disappointing and unacceptable to miss this easy to find problem after I had told them twice in advance.

George and the team at Chapel Hill Tire in Apex truly went above and beyond. They kept me informed every step of the way and were upfront about what my car needed now and what could wait for the future. In talking with them, I genuinely felt heard — like they were focused on doing right by me, not just getting the job done. That kind of honesty and care should be standard, but these days it really stands out.
