I came in to shop for some supplements and the manager was hostile towards her employees and refused help when I asked questions. Personally, I would never want to work there and don’t know how the employees could put up with the management.

I goofed when I ordered a supplement from Amazon and selected store pickup. I went to pick it up at the Apex GNC location and realized I bought a single bottle, not a twin pack. The lady who helped me price matched Amazon’s twin pack price and fixed my error with a smile on her face! She even said she enjoyed helping me, even though she had to take a few extra steps to prove match it since I already paid on Amazon. I can’t commend her enough! I wish I remembered her name, but she was working on Thursday 3/30 around noon, if management sees this review.

I came into the store today and the first thing I saw is that the employees were so welcoming and gave me excellent customer service. The store was very clean and organized. I can tell, they take pride of who they work for. Bought my supplements and even went pro. Definitely would come back to restock.

GNC is on their game. They have a continual supply of stock. It seems other stores of this nature are slim in inventory. I have always found what I was looking for here. This is a corporate store , not a franchised one. Difference is, corporate stores carry a wider selection of the brands, the franchise stores do not. I found this out the hard way , I inquired about the inventory and was told this. Join their perks program and receive discounts, freebies , special BOBO , through the year.

The young lady behind the counter demonstrated excellent customer service skills which are seemingly nonexistent in many places of business abroad. These personnel are not wearing face masks, and when you ask them they claim they have lung problems, and you see them and they have a gym body, very well trained physically .... total irrespective....total disrespect for customers. ?

gnc cannot even keep names and matching emails straight. I get confirmation of orders from someone else with all of her details. I would never share my info with them. I told them about this many times but no one bothers to fix it.
