“First of all, I want to express the fact that I never leave any reviews on anything I purchase ever but I felt this review was necessary because I have never had such an easy, seamless, accommodating, and efficient experience with any other company in the past. I spoke with Frank over the phone letting him know I needed a class set of t-shirts created for a school event that was coming up and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and helpful through the whole process - first, creating a design based off of just my ideas that I expressed over the phone describing what I was looking for, then creating t-shirts that were made so quick I was shocked how fast this process was..and they came out perfect!! Frank is extremely talented creating these shirts from just an idea that he made come to life. I’m not trying to be bias but my students were definitely the best dressed for this school event, all thanks to Frank! I HIGHLY recommend using this company for anything you need, you will NOT be disappointed!!”
“I recently had some business cards printed for my new consulting business. They sent me the proof and I looked at it and approved it. I didn't realize that my last name had been miss spelled, my mistake. I called Impact Printing and explained what had happened. They said no problem they would reprint my cards and call me when they were done. Surprisingly I received a call a couple of days later letting me know they were ready. I fully expected to pay for these cards being it was my mistake. They said No that there wouldn't be a charge. I was happy with there work the first time but this was just service over the top!! Thanks for the great service.”
