Hendrick Toyota Apex provided top notch customer service. My wife and I were in need of one car. Ended up coming away with both vehicles upgraded. We worked with Raymone (Sales) and Rochelle (Finance) who both were extremely patient and made the process enjoyable. We are extremely pleased and documented the entire process. Apex Toyota treats you like family.

Mr G. Recalde helped me get a used car and he’s the best salesman ever. I was never pressured or upsold. I told him what I could afford and that I didn’t want to leave this price range bracket … he said OK.
He asked how I’d use the car and how many miles per day and what was most important to me . He took notes
We went to his desk and within 5 minutes he had pulled from his computer several choices. We spend about an hour looking at many cars, 6 or 7 and driving 3.
He asked if I wanted to put in any offers and he calmly explained the process.
Because of his patience and calmness with no pushy-ness I got an excellent car.
I hate how dealerships treat people like they are dumb, and compliment them to make it easier for them to close the deal .
This sales man at Hendrick toyota Apex NC is not like this …. He will look you in the eye. He used to fix cars , like a few years ago

I’ve had some pretty ok to not so great experiences here before, but Jeff Thomas and Kelly were awesome from start to finish! Everything I asked them to do, they did! Not the experience from others I have had. Highly recommend making sure you request Jeff or Kelly when you make an appointment!

Oscar Murillo is a great salesman. He is extremely professional and friendly! Oscar promised to help us get in a vehicle that was best for us and never stopped until we were satisfied. My first visit, the salesman gave up too easily but Oscar restored our faith and we are truly happy with our vehicle. We have bought two vehicles at this dealership. Ask for Oscar and you will be very pleased.

Had a wonderful experience with Yovani during the purchase of my new Highlander. He was friendly and professional, and I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured in any way. Gerry R is THE BEST and most sincere salesperson I have EVER encountered in many decades of car buying
He spent most of his career as a car mechanic I’ve had the good fortune to work with him when my daughter was looking at Toyotas , as well as my wife, and now me.
His detailed help enabled me to understand the details between models, and trim packages XSE & SE, as well as add on packages . This straightened up my confusion in each instance our family members needed a nice car.
Gerry is sincere and shares info rather than playing the flattery / mind games so many salespeople use .
If you are technical or not , you will be lucky to have Gerry’s pro help.
If you are nerdy like me you won’t be disappointed.
If you want someone who is honest and straightforward you won’t be disappointed .

I waited in car waiting for someone to come and checkin after arriving the facility as they was only one person taking care of all the cars that came for service that day/time. The estimated time of completion crossed and I was waiting for some updates and no one updated on the status. I had to go and ask after which it was completed after some time. I didn't get proper status updates on phone via text, like I used to get in previous visits. I was given some estimated price for some of the fixes recommended, but, final price was higher than what was given due to taxes and labor. I understand it will be higher with taxes and labor, but, it would be good to know the estimate upfront including the taxes and labor so we donlt have surprises while paying.

I when here to buy a used Toyota Camry.. I talked to Teauna and she told me $12K out the door for the vehicle. But when I got there the Pre-owned manger Gavin told me he can't take no less then $12,777 out the door. I drove over an hour to this dealership and called to make sure the deal was still good.. It wasn't until got to the dealership that I found out the price change.. At first they was not willing to honor the deal of $12k.. Teauna when to fight and have the them to honor the deal that we had made.. If you looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership make sure you ask for her, she will do her best to get you the best deal for your money
