I would give this place 0 star!! I was informed by the online customer rep to go to the store and see the manager for a price adjustment. I felt the manager was really rude and didn't even bothered or cared on the ask and simply requested to return the items and reorder the same items instead of doing a adjusting the price for the exact items that were ordered. I had multiple conversations with the online customer service and at the store, looks like they don't care of the customer satisfaction. I do not want to any business with Home Depot and canceled my consumer credit card. Be proud of how you treat your customers, Home Depot!!

*** ATTENTION***This retail chain is the absolute worst when it comes to ordering a major kitchen appliance. Me and my wife went shopping Sunday Jan 28 shopping for what we need was a new refrigerator. We arrive shortly after the store opens at 8:30AM. We waited 2 hrs before we actually got help. That is just the start.We didn’t leave the store until after 11:30am with a completed order. The order was set to be delivered Feb 1. Keep in mind we were prepared with a broken fridge for delivery on the 1st was no issue.The morning Feb 1 i received a call that my ordered could not be fulfilled due to it having to be delivered to a second floor. That it required 3 men to deliver. Ok cool. No problem.Got rescheduled for Monday Feb 5.To no surprise the fridge arrives with TWO men to deliver. So that clearly shows that the delivery company did NOT want to make the delivery on the 1st.It gets better. The fridge arrives DAMAGED. Was asked by the delivery men if the product could stay in my house that they would pick it up when the new one arrives. Of course I said no to avoid being held liable for these damages was not going to happen.With multiple phone calls expressing how important a major kitchen appliance is they could only reschedule me for delivery on Feb 10. After excessive pleading of how we have a family and food that will spoil they said they could push it to the soonest was Fed 7.With no call or information on the night prior to prepare for the delivery i just called and was told there is no delivery set for the 7 that it will be the 10th.At that point I have had enough and canceled my order.I’ve worked for Best Buy and know that their services are pristine compared to this dog fecesof a show that just took place.This retail is not worth your money. Take it elsewhere that it can be appreciated.

I was very disappointed in the costumer service in this Home Depot people were just standing around not asking people do they need help one lady watched me walk around for ten minutes and she kept her head down and didn’t help me I will not come back to this Home Depot and this is not the first time that this happen I think workers need more training in this store!

It's good for the economy that we have both Lowe's and Home Depot. If there were a monopoly all the prices would be higher.Now, how about they stop building their stores across the street from each other? Traffic is bad enough without all the pipes and lumber on tops...

My husband's wheelchair was falling apart, literally. I brought it with me to be sure I got the correct nuts and bolts to fix it. A very nice employee named Stan took time to help me out in the Apex store. I'm very grateful to him for his help and cheerful disposition. He went above and beyond for me.

Called the store talked to customer service about ordering an item for cash pick up payment. Spoke to customer service she said I need to come in to store but I am in Cali and won't make it back in time to store.I read online their is a way to order the item to be picked up in store payment. She handed me over to Chris Donovan the assistant manager. He said the same thing, I asked him to talk to the GM, he was out.Chris Donovan was rude and he hung up the phone. Even if their isn't a way to order without payment he should not of hung up and yelled at me.I had a problem and need a solution not a rude phone hang up.Bad customer service!!!

Nov 28, 2023I wanted to order 24 units of fibreglass online and it showed that the Apex store #3644 had inventory.Arrived at the store and I went to the building materials department and a gentleman by the name of Mr. Bobby greeted me.He verified the inventory right away and confirmed that they did not have the amount of inventory as quoted online but he was going to check.Very diligently he checked visually and then on the computer and again visually and confirmed that they did not have the inventory, but would ensure that stock was transferred from the Cary storeAlong with Mr. Alex in the Pro section the order was processed pronto and confirmed that the delivery would be done for today as that was the most important criterionThe reason being I had the installers on site.Upon returning home I received the confirmation that delivery would be done the same day.I received the second and third confirmation that this order would ship the same day. That is awesome.Suddenly at 1 PM it said the order was cancelled and the delivery was scheduled for November 30 (2 days later )I promptly called the Store and Mr. Bobby very gracefully moved mountains and once again showcase his class and professionalism and ultimate customer satisfaction by securing a same day delivery.Well done Me Bobby and your efforts are well received and appreciated.At 3 PM the order was delivered to my house. The driver, Mr. David was very courteous, and he was aware of Mr. Bobby and the Apex store top reputation and that Mr Bobby and his team diligently deliver on promises and they are well recognized as a top, rank professional team and I agree 100%.This gentleman is an asset to the organization and definitely his management skills and style of operation only brings more business in a very challenged environment where online shopping is putting a wrench in the wheel.I even mentioned this to Mr. Rahul the Store director, and he confirmed that Mr. Bobby is a top notch employee.Thank you to everyone at Home DepotApex #3644 for getting my order delivered the same day and especially to Mr. Bobby and Mr. Alex and Mr. David and the entire team and staff that I dealt with today.An amazing team of winners at Home Depot Apex number 3644.Ian

As an avid plant collector I frequently visit many of the home improvement and plant stores in the area. Home Depot, specifically this location, may be my least favorite place to buy plants from. I have never gotten a plant from them without numerous issues with bugs and diseases. Although most are treatable, it is a pain and it is a waste of money in the long run. If you're looking to buy plants I suggest the farmers market or garden supply.
