Glad to have this HD right around the corner. Always great service here. After one of the worst experiences at Lowe’s today across the street, it was so refreshing to go into this location tonight to smiling faces even though they weee almost closing for the night. I quickly grabbed what I needed and headed to the front, where smiling employees were huddled to help customers quickly ring out before they closed up. It was a night and day experience that I will remember each time I think about going anywhere else. Thank you to the amazing staff at this location, a store doesn’t get this organized without the effort of a great team!

I ordered my Packout from here as a gift to myself and they were out of one of the pieces. They helped me find another piece that ultimately worked better for me. I have gotten numerous different paints from this location and have never had an issue finding what I needed. That app makes finding things in stores foolproof and Home Depot has a nice selection of Klein tools so I am always able to find some of the specialty tools I need for work!
I also purchased my charcoal grill from here a few years back and will be upgrading to a propane one soon. This is where I will pick it up from when I finally make the decision to do so!

An associate gave me the side-eye and an attitude after I asked politely if I could get out after her friend inexplicably parked in the middle of the loading zone for contractors, blocking it completely, and they proceeded to shoot the breeze with not a care in the world.
Not the place to go if you're expecting professionalism or common sense.

I'll be returning the $450 worth of tools I just bought as soon as the same ones come on from Amazon. Rude customer service desk does not honor price match policy.

Well I bounce between Home Depot and Lowes, but this is extremely close to my gym and house, not bad for a big franchise store, could be better with the service, hope they don't pay them good for the service customers expect, otherwise they does a decent job.

Ok hear me out. This is the best gas grill I’ve ever owned. Turn on three burners, it heats to 350 and stays there. Four burners, 450. And it has a removable cleaning tray. Did I mention that it’s also the cheapest I’ve ever bought. Home Depot, you cracked the code, and have tons pre-assembled. Well done The Home Depot.

Worst customer service and they don't even know the products they are selling in store. Don't care to listen to customer and make their own judgements. Educate and train your associates first before on boarding them to service. Especially customer return center. There is no zero stars to post this. Defaults to single star.

This store used to my favorite for a long time. Today we had a very bad experience, one of store manager need some customer service training specifically on listening skills and being polite. Hope Home Depot management doesn’t not forget these core values and calibrate this person’s behavior. I’m taking my business to Lowe’s going forward!

I went in to return some outdoor furniture covers I had purchased the week before. Came to the return desk and waited for the guy working their to look up. He was moving some other returns and walked by me, walked back around me and never looked up. I figured he was quite busy so I waited, and waited. Finally after walking around me again he looked up and asked what I wanted, I told him to return these items. He turned his back and pointed to the service desk and said go over there,..
Quite a grumpy guy, never occured to me the guy working at the "Returns" counter wasn't doing returns, he could have told me that when I first walked up to the "Returns" counter.
