H&R Block at Publix Pointe was disappointing. Pricing was not transparent and felt deliberately complex. What should have been a simple MFJ filing turned into a $475 bill — with no refund, just more taxes owed. The hidden fees and convoluted pricing structure are unacceptable for such a basic return. Would not recommend.

We didn't have a pleasant experience. My wife and I had to take care of an issue along with filing our taxes. Some guy Mike called my wife before the appointment and was rude to her and blew her off pushing her away from the appointment. I called back to speak to a
Manager and they seemed empathetic and were going to follow up in a day or two, but never did. Mike really shouldn't have a job anywhere with his approach, so if you go there definitely go elsewhere. Curious how they would have treated us in person...weird telephone tough guy experience

Ms/Mrs Olga was such a lovely person to work with and she did our taxes incredibly fast, even with out of state and the stimulus. The lady at the front desk was also so friendly and helpful. 10/10!

This is a good place to get your taxes done especially if you have more than just your W2's. You go in with your documents, your tax advisor gets everything organized and then you're done.Simple
