Everyone was very friendly, happy and helpful. I was looking for a particular item and they helped me look for it. They were out of them, but they also showed me something that was similar to what I wanted. They took very good care of me. Check out was smooth. This was during the after Christmas sale time.

Do not support this store if you are in favor of decent customer service. On 1/11/25 the store was being run by an extremely rude and off putting blonde woman with a strong European accent (I did not care to know her name). She berated her one lonely employee with rude remarks in front of customers as well as was extremely rude to my face. The woman is very condescending and does not know what customer service is. I would recommend any other home decor store over this particular location of Kirkland.

Indifferent staff and management at this location. Emily, the store manager not helpful and would not help with a problem that caused me to loose $480 paid for a table that they did not have the parts for. Other places more deserving of your business than Kirklands in Apex.
