If LabCorp has been looking for a way to get a bad reputation, they have found it. I always thought highly of LabCorp as a service provider until this Walgreen-based location experience. A painful check-in process, then unhelpful staff who won't even confirm they had all the info even though they were not busy at all. In fact I was the only one there.There was couple labs the doctor had changed on my order and I asked them to verify that but they won't. In other words, it was felt like dealing with govt bureaucracy and not a customer-friendly place. I had not checked this review prior to going there. Stay away from this location. May be other Walgreen based LabCorps are no better.

worst customer experience ever. They cussed and were mean to their patients. 12/23/23. Those ladies should not work with the public.

Very rude and biased towards brown people in general. The staff treated a Caucasian woman very kindly compared to me and the other person waiting in line. I had never been treated like this before. I paid for my blood test it wasn’t free. I didn’t deserve to be mistreated by the staff. Regardless of race, language barriers a little kindness goes a long way. Please be kind to everyone no matter who we are.

Had to stop in for a quick visit. Alivia is super sweet and personable. She does her job well and with great dignity. I wish more phlebotomists were like her! She makes you feel welcomed and creates a nice atmosphere for her patients.

The lack of seating is unacceptable. As someone who is supposed to be minimally on my feet to find a long line and no seating is extraordinarily disappointing, especially of a medical facility. Do better.

This is not posting my name correctly but I wanted to leave feedback on my visit today with Alivia. My first and second visits were not satisfactory at all. The order was not read in its entirety and all tests were not performed. My Dr sent me back the second time and I explained this but was met with somewhat of an attitude. Again, not all tests were performed. My Dr tried calling to see what the issue was but could not get them to answer the phone. She called headquarters and it was determined they were not reading the whole order. I went back for my third visit in 3 weeks today and Alivia was working alone. She was more efficient at getting patients in and out quickly than the multiple techs did previously. I explained what had happened and how this was torture because I hate needles. She found the fax my Dr sent to be sure there was nothing missed this third time and reviewed it with me. She was friendly and accommodating as she worked quickly to assess my vein and be done with minimal discomfort. I feel like she did what should have been done the first visit and saved me time off work, money and discomfort. She is skilled and patient oriented and I appreciated that today! I would only use this location again when Alivia is working.

I came 10 minute before the scheduled appointment, was admitted exactly on time.-1 star, because checkin is misleading - it tells you you'll get a text when it's your turn, but in fact I was called in person. So don't trust the system and stay around.

I was a walk-in and was seen in literally 3 minutes. I had to come in for labwork and was quite nervous but Olivia was so sweet and patient with me. She deserves the 5 stars!

I wish I could give them no star. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. This was my fourth visit as a requirement from my employer, and nothing has improved.

Easy check in, was seen before my appointment time, technicians were super friendly. Not too many chairs in the waiting area, but it gave me a chance to be on my feet for a change.

Came over my lunch, checked in 5min before my appointment time. Person who checked in after me was called back first. Waited 15min and then had to get back to work. Finally got the notification that they were ready for me 30min after my appointment. At one point an employee walked out and said "she'll be with you soon". I tried to ask if they knew how much longer and she just said "I don't know, I'm on break". and walked away. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Okay so first there are no chairs to wait so when you walk in it’s hard to tell where to sign in or what to do because there is no sign, especially if you have never had to have lab work done there. I got there at appointment time and waited at the pharmacy to ask a pharmacist what to do to sign in and she showed me the kiosk. So I signed in a few minutes past my actual appointment time and stood at the door. After a couple more minutes I asked the pharmacy again what to do and she told me most of the time the patient just bangs on the door and they will come, so I knocked. She came to the door and told me I couldn’t be seen because I signed in six minutes past appointment time and the person doing my screening left. I explained that I had never had testing done before there and I didn’t know what to do and she told me she didn’t care what I had to say they were leaving and testing was only from 11 to 3 but my appointment time was for 3:30. There is no sense that an appointment would give you time in case of confusion and time to check in. The staff was extremely rude and I can’t imagine how many people they have done this too and caused someone to not get a job they applied for or be considerate that they have no signs and no waiting area. I went to the location in Cary and they were great and also did not understand why I was not seen. I will never return or advise anyone to go to this location due to poor, inconsiderate, lazy staff.

They don’t know how to take the blood right. They had to puncture My arm 3 times because they couldn’t get it.
