This place was not worth the amount of rent they charged. Especially when there are plenty of newer and nicer apartments in Apex with tons of community amenities that all cost less money than this place!

I have been living here at Lake Ridge for about 4 years now and we absolutely love it! The location is perfect! Walking distance to downtown Apex on Salem St. The new property owners are awesome and Stacey the property manager is super great! They take pride in making making this a great place live!! ??

I’ve been here for about 2 years now. Lived here through the pandemic, nice renovation, and location was great BUT other than that this place is super ghetto. Trash everywhere, management takes their time to fix things. I had a window that I needed repaired the first day I moved in. Two years later it’s now fixed. Water heater broke, outlets don’t ever stay plugged in. No amenities. PARKING IS TRASH and I know I’ve mentioned and others have mentioned about parking and management never take requests very seriously. If you like downtown apex and looking for cheap. This is great but if you’re looking for quality. Look elsewhere.

Two stars because the families I met there were awesome and the location is too. The complex..? Mailboxes don’t lock, trash all over the place, windows don’t open, BUGS! everywhere, toilets back up and flood your house, etc etc etc. I was going to leave this alone but realizing the cockroaches from Lake Ridge traveled with me to my new location prompted this review. PLEASE spare yourself and rent a decent place, the roaches eat your food and don’t help with rent.I’ll add that the *new management* mentioned in many of the bad reviews has been there for a while, and nothing has changed.

1) I lived in those apartments, but the truth is that it is not worth the price you pay.2) They have very bad administration.3) They change administrators from time to time and they don't solve anything for you. And the accumulated problems of the department remain4) They are not maintained adequately to the needs of the department.5) The apartment floods and they do nothing to fix it.6) The rental contract ends and they keep the deposit.7) It's not just moving for the sake of moving. If the keys to the apartment were handed over to your administrator.8) In which email do you want me to send you the photos of how the apartment looked when I left? You must have the photos of the flooded apartment.

My best friend moved there awhile ago to roaches running rapid. He had to spay before he could actually move his stuff in. It was a little to expensive for what they are really worth. Do your research. They come on here like they are concerned but action speaks louder than words.

Worst place I ever resided. Every week there’s a flood with water pipes busting flooding apartments, windows are more than 30 years old , parts are no longer available for fix,Poor insulation apartments stay cold during the winter and hot during the summer which raises your town of apex bill. Maintenance takes forever to complete repair. The front doors are so old that air leaks inside. People that owns pets don’t pick up after them. Some apartments are roach infested. Definitely not worth the price asking, and the fact they increase every year The new owners remodeled only to a bandaids on the scare.. If u move here you’re being CATFISHED to the highest.I can’t wait until my lease is up to move out these dumps. Can’t believe Apex would allow this.

Have lived here almost 2 years.. at first experience wasn’t great but since new management it’s been exceptional! Diana in the office has been amazing and always prompt to address issues. Chris with maintenance fixes problems very quickly and is very personable. Would recommend this apartment for sure!

Lived there for a year. Apartments are old, dilapidated, and falling apart. Everything was breaking, maintenence is slow to repair, and usually just rigs it. My neighbors on both sides were loud, especially the 6 Mexicans living next door. Complaints to office got nothing done. Had a mouse and roach infestation, as well as having to hop around to avoid stepping in goose poop on the sidewalk. The last straw was when the neighbor's water heater busted and floods my apartment. They puta big fan in the living room to dry it out, but mold grew under the carpet. Then, they had the audacity to jack up rent $150 after one year! So, we moved, got no deposit back because they blamed previous tenants damages on us.

I lived in a townhome in Lake Ridge Apartments for 11 years. I lived in the section with townhomes only on one side. It has an entrance closer to downtown Apex. The apartment complex is older so the units aren't going to look brand new but everthing was in working order and freshly painted with new carpet when I moved in. I had wonderful neighbors in my adjoining units. I lived alone and felt quite safe there. It is between two fire departments, one block away from the police and EMS. I loved the easy access to Apex's pretty downtown as well as food stores, restaurants and pharmacies all within walking distance. I really enjoyed the quiet pace and the proximity to downtown. There was also a pretty pond just out my back door.
