I called Lou for an oil change and he came out the very next day to my work to perform the service. He was friendly, professional, and it was obvious he is knowledgeable about his work. He told me which fluids were topped off, performed the oil change in a reasonable amount of time, and even took the time to go over any areas of concern he might've seen. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need and his approach to car care is remarkable as it's obvious he takes the time and care needed to do a great job. They did not have synthetic oil available. A business that offers 1 specific service should never be unable to provide it. There is no shortage of oil that I am aware of. The kids working there were very nice but also not very knowledgeable about the different oil options. They should be trained better.

All This Guy did was come and completely drain any oil i had in my car and then charged me 56.74 like sir you're a crook and you need to go to jail

My wife and I googled “mobile oil change” and were so thrilled that Lube Runner came up! We were not aware a service like this existed but with the pandemic, this option was invaluable. Lou was on-time, polite, and professional. He wore a mask when servicing our vehicles. We would recommend his company and services and were so grateful to not have to take our cars into a shop, wait, etc. It was so convenient and a great experience. Thank you Lube Runner!

This was one of best experiences I’ve had. Called first this morning looking for a sam day Appt, Lou said within the next two hours. And he was right on time! I’m a a teacher teaching virtually so this was perfect for my schedule. He called me and I didn’t answer since I was teaching, but he went the extra mile and sent a text to let me know he’s outside. He told me about 15-20 and it was just that!! So Fast, fastest I think I’ve ever had! He even topped off levels and let me know I would need an air filter soon! That’s my kind of service!! I will definitely be using Lou in the future!

Getting an oil changed scheduled with Lou at Lube Runner couldn't have been easier. Lou showed up promptly at our agreed upon time and got right to work. Within 15-20 minutes, the job was complete and he was nice enough to check all of my other fluid levels to ensure my car was good to go before handing me back the keys. I also appreciate that he took the time to disinfect the inside of my car and wore a mask during our interaction. I will definitely be contacting Lou again the next time my car is due for an oil change and recommend that anyone needing the same give him a call. Thanks, Lou!

Lou is fantastic. The experience is always pleasurable as he is always on time, responsive, and courteous. Compared to other mobile oil companies like Spiffy, he is bar none top of the class in customer service and knowledge of vehicles. Prices are great and the work he did on my girlfriend's car (coil packs and spark plugs) took no time at all. According to her, it was the best \"mechanic\" experience she has ever had. This is our second, but surely not the last, time employing his services. The website is also top quality!
