The town of Apex should be ashamed of themselves to let this “so called” gas station still function. Simply waiting in line to pay for gas because the pumps were requiring to pay inside that night…I was harassed by a man so strung out on drugs, even the cashier looked shook he might bail on calling 911 just so he could get out of the situation. I wasn’t aware Apex let that particular area fall so short. I’m not in that field, but could tell you clear as day what junkie shit is going on behind that garbage building. Apparently the town wants to keep blinders on for whatever reason, or just be a bunch of pansies. The activity and participation certainly isn’t lacking in the police force. Go over the speed limit by 5-10 mph? Pulled over immediately by multiple officers. Done and done. Why aren’t things adding up.. why aren’t these officers paying any attention to this “76” gas station?

A $175 hold on your credit card is far too much. If you're near your limit or have your additional user on a monthly limit, they'll have to go into the cashier to pay $x amount and then trust that the cashier returns the rest. So inefficient, so insecure. Bad practice.

The keyboard on the gas pump is messed up so I canceled the transaction, took my debit card and left.A couple of hours later, I received an email from my bank stating that someone tried to withdraw 150 USD from this place, DBA IN & OUT!!Called my bank, canceled my debit card and ordered a new one

Convenient to get into and out of if you are heading the right direction (north on 55 or east on Salem). Usually a taco truck in the parking lot as a bonus. Gas pumps have old school displays that are difficult to see in the sun.
