Had issue with copay on one of my RX. Matt set up conference call with Silver Scrips, pointed out the customer facing information showed the RX as tier 2 with 0 copay. Had the rep review their info and they agreed it was a tier 2, reset the order and notified the pharmacy. Saved $210 co pay.

My husband is turning 65 soon and we contacted Ashley King after going to a presentation and dinner with Morgan & Allen. After working with Ashely at their office, we feel confident that we decided on the best advantage medicare plan to meet my husband’s medical needs. I will be turning 65 next year and I look forward to working with Ashely to decide what advantage plan will work best for me! My sister and I met Matt at a Medicare Seminar a few years back in Fuquay. When the time came to get on Medicare we reached out to him. He has been our go to person for years. He is always there for us. Thank you Matt, we don't know what we would do without you.

Mr.Mat Allen has been my Medicare agent since 5 or 6 years. He is very knowledgeable about all health insurance benefits and had always guided in choosing the right one for me. I have recommended him to few of my friends. Excellent service.

I would give Jan Morgan and her insurance company Morgan & Allen Insurance Group a zero if possible on this Google Review. All Jan Morgan is good for is selling policies to clients and making her commission and does NOT stand by when there is a problem with processing a claim. Jan Morgan LIED to me when she said I would have dental coverage for the full year and the company rescinded this benefit half way through the benefit year. When I pressed Jan Morgan on helping me with my claims SHE ASKED TO BE REMOVED AS MY AGENT. Keep in mind Jan Morgan who ALREADY made her COMISSION off of me dropped me when I needed her help with claims. Whenever you call her number you get her voicemail because she is busy selling new policies to new clients so she can make commissions. The bottom line is Jan Morgan and Morgan & Allen don't care about you and your claims. ALL JAN MORGAN AND MORGAN & ALLEN CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMISSION. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from Jan Morgan and Morgan & Allen Insurance Group as she and her company are UNETHICAL and DO NOT HONOR THEIR OBLIGATIONS. Jan Morgan and Morgan & Allen DO NOT STAND BY THEIR CLIENTS. Read some of the other negative Google reviews on her company and you will get the picture. I am considering taking legal action against Jan Morgan and Morgan & Allen Insurance Group. I will file a complaint against Jan Morgan and Morgan & Allen Insurance Group with the North Carolina Attorney General, Medicare and possibly other agencies.

My experience with Matt was amazing! He was informative, easy to understand, gave me options that fit my health situation and thoroughly explained and answered all my questions. I'm so very satisfied, pleased and relived that I choose to make that call today! I now have the health plan that suits my needs!!!! So very happy! I absolutely recommend you make that call!
