What does “appointment” mean in Oxford Dictionary: An arrangement to meet someone at a particular *time* and place.
I had an appointment for not waiting 90 mins just for a pair of tire replacement.
At the end of the job, both tires have different pressure and totally different than what is recommended on the driver door sticker.
Also, crew is not kind at all.
This is my second time in this workshop and last one confirms my previous disappointment.

I had a nail in my tire and just when I thought my weekend was ruined Thomas and Bruce took us in 1 hour before closing on a super busy Saturday and got our tire plugged up. These guys went above & beyond. 5 star service highly recommended this shop!!

Been here for an hour for a tire rotation and balance there is only 1 tech is here been here from 8:30-9:45 and my car is still in the parking lot have not been touched

Went in there for an inspection. When I met with the inspector he told me “the tint is too dark, it’s not passing” but will see what he can work out. Came back with failed papers and charged me $22 in fees for it. He could’ve just told me to fix the issue or move on instead of implying there was a chance I’d pass.

This used to be a trust worthy shop, but no longer. Used this shop because it was very close. Front staff changed and they are rude and they sell you things you don't need, making you feel like you need them. They don't keep customers records correct either. I had a vehicle change, and they haven't updated their records. Terrible customer service. Won't be going here anymore. Back to Frantz in downtown Cary. They're the real deal.

Took 90 mins for an oil change
The message on dashboard wasn’t removed- I had to do it myself
Not coming back
Update - had to come back because they put too much oil
Update 2 - still too much oil. Thomas tells me that they need to change the oil again, that they can’t remove oil. And that I should wait 2 hours. He thinks my time is free with an arrogant attitude

Everyone I dealt with was awesome! Bruce was exceptionally professional and kind and I was very pleased with their work and prices !! I will continue to use them in the future for my tires and oil changes and recommend them to my family and friends. I can’t thank you all enough!
