Awesome customer service! I was in a pinch with a slow leaking tire. They got me all fixed and good to go within 10 minutes. Saved me 500$ by plugging the tire instead of just recommending to replacing it. Appreciate the honest help!

Just want to give a shout-out to one the employees named Mario. He was very professional and helped me get my oil changed. He’s the type of employee that you need at any sort of store, he was very helpful and patient. May God bless you

Got some new tires in June at the Cary location, got a nail in my tire. Called in and spoke to Chris, he told me I could bring it in and get the nail out in 10 mins. Brought it in, James was up front and took it back and got the nail out and my truck back to me in 8 mins. I’ve now been satisfied twice by Mr. Tire!

About a year ago Mr. Tire-Apex would NOT pass my car for the NC State Inspection without nearly $2,000 in repairs. I declined and took my car to AutoPark Honda who had no problem passing me. I have since had a second successful NC State Inspection at AutoPark Honda without any need for these same repairs. I've lost faith in this shop, neither of our cars will be back.

My experience was oil change only, 8.27.23Due to one of those emergencies that crop up and I needed to drive 4 States away the next day, I called late on a Sunday not expecting to be able to get help anywhere. Not only was I told to swing by and they would squeeze me in, they were in good spirits, quite entertaining to communicate with, and had a positive attitude on a day where their AC was broken and it was quite steamy inside.I was able to watch interactions with several other customers who are clearly regulars and they all seemed very happy as they came and went.I didn't even tell them I had an emergency, they just fit me in.

I called this place with a nail in my tire. They told to me to go in at 7:30 the next day to repair. They said no reservation is necessary we will see you tom. I showed up at 7:30 and no on is there. Is is now 8:10 and no one is in the shop still or here. Me and another customer (who had an appointment at 8:00) just left to go next door the NTB. They got me in right away lucky. What the heck is going on at Mr tire? No one answer the phone either

This is a review of the Mr.Tire Auto Center #1076 on 1799 W William St, Apex NC. A little disclaimer:I had been a customer of theirs for over 20 years. Many vehicles, including when my daughters were learning how to drive and getting their own cars. They are in their mid and late 20’s now.Went to get an oil change and tire rotation on July 30th. Was told by ‘Mario’ that I needed a new caliper. A lesson a mechanic friend of mine told me is that you do not need a caliper if your brake pads are fine. If you need a new caliper your brake pads will be ate up. Spoken with two people who have trucks with over 210 thousand miles on them with the original calipers. The cost of the caliper was $220.79 and the labor to include the brake fluid change, which has to be done, was $155.59. The overall total charge was $539.65.Come to find out it was a defective part and I drove from my work in Rocky Mount to Apex that following day with minimal brakes. Had to leave my car overnight. The manager that was there when I went back said he too agreed that I did not need a caliper but because the part had been trashed, they couldn’t prove it. Another lesson is to ask for your old parts.I’ve been trying to get my money back since the first week of August and have been told the regional manager was looking into it and then it had all been submitted to corporate and they were looking into it. Needless to say, it doesn’t look like I’m getting my money back and they have lost a loyal customer. I also told them word of mouth travels fast and if it was not addressed or rectified in some manner, I would get the word out about their shady practices. There were several other things that surrounded this transaction that made it unscrupulous. If you are a woman or don’t know very much about vehicles, DO NOT utilize this business. It’s a shame that people would do this to other people just trying who are just trying to get by like they are. Please steer clear of this business.

This place is a rip off. Multiple times I have been there and every time I am reminded why I shouldn’t go back.Just to keep it simple, on my last visit I paid to have my windshield wipers replaced during a standard oil change. The charged me for the wipers but realized a week later when it rained they didn't actually replace them. This most recent visit I went in for an inspection. Was told my car would not pass because of my tires but that they could replace them for me there trying to upsell me. On the failed inspection sheet they gave me it showed as my tires passing inspection but my brakes were low. Sat there for 2 hours and had to pay them $20 to be told different lies. Best part is I took it to a shop in the country and passed inspection no problem. They are clearly money hungry and will lie and rip off whoever they can in the process. Extremely disheartened at this place. Gave them multiple chances as they are the closest to me, but have not been satisfied leaving there not once.

Front desk staff was extremely nice. I brought in an old spare that I was unable to get to take air. He took it back into the shop and was able to fill it with air and do a quick inspection. He did not charge me for it. I am very grateful.
