In store online order nightmare!!
I am a regular ON shopper, was at this location and had the store place an online order since the sizes were unavailable in store. I have not ever had an issue with the in-store placing an online order except this time! Corrected the email 3 times verbally, typed it on the kiosk myself and apparently the rep did not save it !!
1) Due to this did not receive any email confirmation, had to make multiple calls to customer service and finally their research department was able to track the order since the email entered was incorrect!
2) All the pricing on the in-store online order was charged incorrectly- 70% higher than what is showing online.
Please be cautious when placing in store online orders!!

I'm not a frequent shopper of Old Navy. However, I found a very comfortable trouser for everyday wear. A great alternative to jeans.

This store is huge and kept very organized. Lots of collections and not very crowded. Self checkout options were also enabled and the store staff were helpful.
