I do not care for the Banfield at this location. I got two new kittens a month ago and I have been at the vet every week since then. They were strays, so the next day after I got them, I took them to the vet and told them check for everything, fleas, ticks, worms (I brought a sample) and give me all of the solutions. They said they checked and all was well, then vaccinated the mama cat and sent us home. Then I got to bring my kitten to get her vaccines, to find out mama has worms...that they said they checked for. Okay cool 104 dollars gone for meds. (That is with the owp). While we were there I said hey since mama cat has worms can we treat the kitten for worms since they use the same litter box. They said no. I also said I noticed the kitten has been scratching at her ears a lot recently. I am wondering if she has ear mites. They said we'll swab her and check, that's included on your plan. They told me she doesn't have any ear mites and no ear infection and said she is scratching because she is a kitten that's what they do. Reluctantly I said Okay. Well, the very next week, my kitten has tapeworms, which is what I asked them to treat her for, so back to the vet we go, this time I went to vet that had an opening available, so it was a different Banfield. They swabbed my cat and said she has a bad ear infection. I'm not sure how that could have been missed. Come to find out they didn't swab her ears they only told me they did. I can't tell you how incredibly irritated I have been with this Banfield. It is making me feel like they are only after money and that's why they are misdiagnosing and leaving things out on purpose. Had I known I'd go through this, I would have never gotten the own plan and started with Banfield. On the flip side, the people there are very kind, that's the only reason they get 2 stars out of me. Needless to say, I will not bring my babies back here.

Big thank you to Erin S for grooming our 5 Shih Tzus over the past 2-3 years, she always did a great job for us and groomed them as requested. Unfortunately, due to our move, we had to switch to a new groomer who is close by - but I wanted to recommend Erin S to anyone who is looking to book here. Thanks Erin!

The grooming is Great! I absolutely love Nick. The hospital on the other hand is awful. They had no idea what they were doing. I literally had the vet google what a certain vaccine was. The doctor didn’t even speak to me. After getting home and reading my dogs paperwork I had to call them back with concerns and they were super rude. I wasn’t done asking questions and the doctor just gave me to the receptionist. Totally unprofessional. But to be fair when I called back the doctor said “he was going to talk to me” so thanks dude for trying. I was out there waiting 15 minutes for the receptionist to get back from whatever she was doing. He had time.

I took my 2 dogs to the grooming salon today for their nail grinding service. Nick was there to help us and went above and beyond to get the job done.
Our puppy is nervous and put up quite a fight, but Nick took it in stride and was so gentle and patient. Nick, thank you for taking such excellent care of our dogs.

They were so professional and caring in our time of need for my son's dog, that was his best friend and constant companion. No one could love a dog more. They were absolutely terrific, we highly recommend them!

I feel Absolutely terrible for the employees and the poor animals that have to deal with no air-conditioning at the Banfield inside pets mart. 110 degrees and these guys still have no air-conditioning. 3 weeks now. Get it together.

I brought my new puppy there, and the employees just love it when pets go in there. The vet in there sat there and talked to you and answered questions. I won't go anywhere else.

This is a great place for purchasing cute little fish. Unfortunately, when you don't know how to change the water your kids return home to their dead pets??
