Initial price was 133, then raised a month later, then again & again, sometimes months apart & NOW want $627 for the same size unit they're renting to others at $133!
There are cockroaches & their egg cases everywhere, as well as animal feces & papers shredded to nests. Also thick pollen & dust covering all her things, even though she didn't go in pollen season.
There is no electricity & no lights, so hard to see into them, and all metal, so hot as heck even on nice days

Great experience here, they have nice selection of storage units, great prices , all first floor, they got first floor drive up climate access units, which I haven’t seen in other places. Dee helped me to grab a good deal on one of the unit.

The check-in experience was great. The storage unit was clean, easily accessible using the public storage app to open the gate. The on-site manager, Dee, was very friendly and helpful.

I will never use public storage again. I rented a storage unit at the Apex location. In less than a year they raised my rent from $144 dollars to 254 dollars in less than a year I would not recommend using Public Storage to anyone from my experience.
