Do Not Go Anywhere Else
My new car dealer could not install a hitch before delivery and sent me to RA Hitch. I got a next day appointment and arrived 30 minutes early. No problem - they took me in and got me out 30 minutes early. Their quotes for installation time are right on the money, but even better, their prices are better than the dealer, and their equipment meet or surpasses all OEM or independent specs for hardware and can be verified on-line. Now, why do I know that? Here is the best part.
During my installation, I overheard one in-person and two phone transactions concerning hitches and racks. I checked what the counterperson told the customers; everything was true and accurate. Above all, another dealer had quoted a customer a price for a hitch that did NOT fit their vehicle and assured them it would be fine. The counterperson called the hitch manufacturer who confirmed that the hitch wouldn't work. Their web page verified that.
Wide variety of products, high quality and honest work. It gets no better.

What fantastic customer service. I needed a weight distribution hitch readjusted to fit a new truck. They got me in the same day I called and made the adjustments quick. I hesitate to say what the cost was in fear everyone would expect the same, but I'll say they were most generous and gracious. I won't hesitate to buy from them or go to them for service when I need to update my towing needs. Great people, professional, patient and very friendly. It's so good to meet great people in a crazy world. We're praying for great success for them and their business. Highly recommend them.

One word, FANTASTIC!! from initial phone call, quote, making the appointment, getting work done, customer service, my entire experience was 10 star. Everyone was so friendly , kind and professional. Katie at the office to Michael and the other guy that did the installation. Katie was so pleasant, kind and courteous and made my stay there while getting the work done, so comfortable and pleasant. What an outstanding bunch of people. I will get any and all future accessories and installation done here.. Thanks everyone.

We needed a trailer hitch and selected Raleigh-Apex Hitch (Apex Location) to complete the work. From making the appointment through the finish of adding the hitch the customer service was excellent. The installation of the hitch far exceeded our expectations for it appears customized to our vehicle. We would highly recommend Raleigh-Apex Hitch.
