I didn’t know you had to pay to use the vacuums and when I drove up and asked about it they were pretty rude😬. Just bleh -No basic customer service tbh. They all acted like it was the worst day of their life and you’re a huge inconvenience for them to…do their… jobs?? 🤔 For both of our sakes I’ll avoid at all costs 😉 👍
But besides that everything works well enough. The vacuums are fine, and there’s a mat cleaner, a hose, a cleaning station for small details, and a bathroom inside 🤷♀️…

Great neighborhood car wash! The employees are very helpful and friendly - especially Dave. He always goes out of his way to help in any way he can during the process and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at Sam’s Xpress Car Wash thanks to Keion! From the moment I was prep, Keion greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and went above and beyond to make sure my car received the best wash possible. He checked on me in the parking lot multiple times and even offered to spray my mats. His attention to detail and friendly customer service truly stood out, making the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Always clean and working. Employees are always great and even offer a brushless option. I love the free wash within 7 days if you order the top wash. I also really appreciate the free vacuums.

Nice clean car wash, except they put up too many cones and I couldn't vacuum out my car or dry it off. I had to go somewhere else.
Kind of inconvenient.

They took extra time to clean the bugs off the front of the vehicle before going through the wash. Also, two employees came by and asked if I needed any help while I was cleaning out the inside. Great customer service and great value.

I have a membership and stopped here today, but due to a recent bank change, there was an issue with my monthly renewal. So, I decided to leave and figure out this issue before my next visit; however, as I was trying to back up, I was approached by an employee by the name of Stifen or Sifen(sorry about the spelling). Anyway, this young man helped me through my issue, and I was able to have my car washed. Then, while I was waiting to use the mat cleaning machine, he offered to clean them for me with one of the sprayers on-site. Excellent customer service. Thank you for being so helpful!
