The Sephora in Kohls is an amazing shopping experience. I always find myself returning to the store because the employees are so friendly. Maria is a wonderful worker and always helps me find what I need! She is super super great and I am very grateful for her help every-time Im there.

The check out lady had no human interaction. She did not greet customers. She said nothing when the transaction was completed. Other staff were friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE customer service! I bought the Sephora brand Vitamin C serum for my face. When I got it home the dropper didn’t work- besides being opened I hadn’t used a drop. I bought it online through Kohl’s, but apparently they can’t use that receipt. So I showed her the price and she asked if I got it on sale. I was honest and said yes. She said I’d have to buy it again and they’d return it for the sale price. But then called a manager over to explain. I asked why they couldn’t just trade the droppers out and label the other one “damaged” as that is what it was. She said that wouldn’t work for inventory. Which makes no sense. Then she proceeded to get nasty with me and tell me she was doing what she needed to do. Just not the proper way to handle a customer or a damaged product. Will not buy from Sephora again. Needless to say I still have a bottle with a broken lid. 🙄

They advertise the birthday gifts but never have them in store. It's a cheap advertising technique. Very disappointed with their service. I have been to 3 Sephora stores in December and all of these do not have the gifts in stock. Why do they advertise and send reward emails to pick up the birthday gift when they don't want us to.

Fully stocked shelves of all products, even new popular ones, hard to find otherwise. Got almost the full line of Glow products I've been searching for. Friendly helpful staff in extremely clean store. Love that I can use my Khols cash there, too!

Nikki, one of the managers is rude and unhelpful. She blatantly lied regarding a return on a product, in which I had paid $80 full price for a pair of jeans, and received 50% off a second pair of the same brand that was on clearance ($27 marked down, so total paid always $13.50). Their selection on the jeans did not include my size, so I needed to return the $80 pair. Nikki insisted that I would only receive $48 back on the purchase. She stated that I "got 25% off each pair," which is inaccurate. She stated that if I only bought one pair, the register would automatically have rung out 25% on the full priced pair. I promptly grabbed a pair of full priced pants and had a cashier ring them up - no surprise, Nikki was wrong. I now own a pair of $80 jeans that don't fit me. Simple math would tell you that $80 + $13 = $93 and that $93 - $48 = $45. So essentially, I would have paid $45 for a pair of clearance jeans that were marked at $27.

Just had worst experience ever in a retail place. The displays were uninviting. The staff were either unwelcoming nor helpful. What a waste of time.

Terrible customer service! On more than 1 occasion I've had to make a return here and there will be several people just milling about shooting the breeze and ONE person working the returns and pick-up desk even when it's 5-people deep. How about calling for back-up???
