I just came out there with a quesarito and sit down for my night routine after a long day at work and find out they putted on it enough cayene powder to make at least 35 quesaritos, they mixed it with the cheese, I paid $10.00 for a horrible experience, and I made them remake the burrito and give me the money back. One sweet blonde lady remade the burrito for me, I was afraid of asking her name, but she did an excellent job, she did not make the quesarito The first time it was bad because I recall seeing her closer to the cashiers area, and I recall hearing male voices only behind the kitchen wall. The one star remain. 🤗 Hugs

Nice staff but the food portions are not of value. Paid 8 dollars for a half empty appetizer sampler box. Hopefully my receipt shows the time or name of cook so i can update accordingly . Stay tuned

We had the absolute worst experience today when ordering food at this location. The evening manager, as well as several of the employees, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. All because they made a simple mistake with our order, and could’ve easily corrected it, but refused. We will not be visiting this location again.

I have been here multiple times as a door dasher to pick up food. the most recent time was the WORST experience i’ve had at a sheetz ever. i went in to pick up a doordash order which was not ready upon arrival. i asked one of the employees (kate or katie) about my order and she said to give her 5 minutes. She then turns around and continues to talk to other employees and customers about her personal life and was also flirting with customers. after waiting about 12 minutes i finally asked another employee about my order and she went and got it right away while kate was still just talking. the other employee handed my order to kate to give to me and she didnt even ID me for the wine. the next time i went in (same day) to pick up a couple more orders kate was also assigned to complete the orders and again was conversing with other employees and customers about her personal life. i waited about 20 minutes for these orders to be completed while she argued with and talked to other employees and customers.

Cleanest restrooms on the road - BY FAR! - This Sheetz location is well-stocked, well-run, and has excellent food & beverage options. The staff is courteous and always willing to help you with what you need!

I ordered 4 hot dogs and 30 mins later after eating them. I felt sick and threw up for the next 2 days!!. Do not get food from here. Cross contamination and probably re use foods!!

The Bread was hard and chewy when I ordered a sub tonight. As a professional chef I know well that that breas is either 1. Under a heat lamp for long periods of time or 2. Left the bag open all week. All I wanted was a decent sub after a long 12 hour shift and all I got was a slap in the face with bad, hard,cold bread! I don't expect a 5 star meal but at least have pride in your work.

Love this store. Nice employees, clean place. Great food. This is my favorite place to stop when I'm in town. Don't get rid of your Dole Pineapple Soft Serve Ice Cream! It tastes sooooo gooood!

Food wasn’t great; both myself and my work partner didn’t receive our ranch. Seemed like it was a bother when I asked for our ranch. The fried pickles seemed like they came from the bottom of the bag. Trash all over bathroom, most trash cans at gas pumps overflowing. I told my coworker if this was my first Sheetz visit, I wouldn’t be back.
