Food was not fresh at all! Neither of us even finished it! Place could have used a good cleaning as well. Workers were slow to take our order and make our food as well.

So I haven't had subway in a hot min, I've love going to subway since I can remember! But I don't recommend this one.. poor atmosphere employees are very low on energy really don't care, didn't even ask if I wanted my sub toasted. Sad I had to go to walamrt to get mozzarella to put on my own sub...

ordered a veggie sandwich online and am extremely underwhelmed. there was no cheese when i asked for cheese and i requested extra vegetables and got less than i would have received if i had went in person and asked for a regular amount of veggies. spent almost 9 dollars on $5 worth of sandwich

Ordered two sandwiches online with 5 toppings each. Literally only received spinach on one and lettuce on the other. Would not answer phone to process refund or offer replacement.

Worst Subway I've ever been to. All I wanted was a #4 Italian footlong. The girl making the sandwich asked me "what kind of meat?", I said "just make it like it says up there" (pointing at the menu board). So she asks me the same question again...so I said "turn around and look at the menu, #4 Italian, make it like says up there". Then she says "what cheese do you want?". Seriously. So I repeat a third time "Just make what it says on menu" and all I got was blank stare. Finally I just said "Provolone" as this was getting nowhere fast. Then came the vegetables...she gave out banana peppers and olives like there was a global shortage. Had to ask for more 3 times...because each time she put on 2 peppers and 4 olives as if she was instructed to count them out individually. Then when she rang up my sandwich, it was $12.69...but the price on the menu board was $11.99 (both before tax prices). She couldn't figure out how to change the price on the register so I just took my incorrect change and left, I wasn't about to waste any more time arguing over 70 cents. And now for the best part, when I got home, I discovered she didn't put any vinaigrette dressing on it either so I just grabbed a bottle of Italian dressing from my fridge and made due. Manager and owner should be embarrassed running a restaurant in such a poor manner and their staff needs some serious training in both knowing the menu itself and how to actually do their jobs. I know it's a fast food sub restaurant, but seriously, they didn't even get the basics right.

Well this location doesn’t do the daily 6 inch combo special anymore, which I did at least weekly for lunch. Literally no reason to go back now. If I’m gonna spend $12 on a lunch sub I’ll go somewhere with much higher quality like Jersey Mikes or a local place/ Subway is not near good enough for those prices.

This location closes at 10pm on Fridays. I walked in at 7pm, they had mopped the floor and started packing everything up already. The 2 employees working didn’t look up or even recognize that I was there. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store. I had to basically shout “hello!!” to get their attention. They had packed up half of the ingredients and didn’t have popular menu items available because of that. The female employee was very “light handed” with the ingredients, especially the meat. She gave me less chicken than I’ve ever had on a Subway sandwich- almost an entire scoop less than what the menu calls for. There’s no reason to have a soaking wet floor and packed up ingredients 3 hours before closing. Rude and cheap. By the looks of the other reviews, these issues are common so you just have to tell them to give you more meat etc.

Sorry, I’m usually a pretty big subway fan, but, it was very obvious new ownership or new untrained employees. Food was so bad I couldn’t eat it , tossed it. I would suggest another storeVery limited vegetarian optionsVegetarian options: Very limited

Ya'll, ever in the Apex N.C. area and looking for a great sandwich ? Subway and the staff is great !! They are professional, kind , wore gloves, laughed with us, and put everything we asked for on our subs !! Yall the Suvs were great !!!Next time we go ,I'll make sure that I take some pictures !! This place was awesome and very clean !! 10 stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Ordered the Titan turkey sandwich online. The sandwich was dripping in mayonnaise and oil and it only had two thin shaved pieces of turkey! Totally unlike the Titan Turkey picture. The bread was old and dried out. All I could taste was mayonnaise and dry bread. Literally. Bit into the sandwich and there was a curly long hair in the first bite. I selected regular baked lays potato chips and someone gave me barbecue lays which I do not like so I wasted money there too. Giving this restaurant two stars is being generous. I will not go back.

Ordered titan turkey.Dripping in mayonnaise, bread was old and dry, only had two pieces of turkey. Totally unlike picture.They gave me BBQ chips (not what I ordered).
