Order something on December 20th that stated it would be delivered on December 24th. Checked my order daily with no update. Checked the night of December 23rd only to see the order had been delayed until the 26th. Pathetic customer service. Delays happen but give me a freaking update before the night before it’s supposed to come.

Older male employee with gray hair supervising the self-checkout counters on the Customer Service side of the store (not the Grocery side) accused me of stealing today. The whole interaction was captured on the surveillance footage they have at each self-checkout. I bought the three items shown in the picture attached, via self-checkout. He came up to me and said “You’re missing an item, I saw you put four items into your bag.” The people in line were all watching us at this point. I pointed at the screen and said “I scanned three items, and there’s three items in the bag.” He made me take out each item one-by-one, grabbed the black pants from the two-piece Carter’s set, and said “See, you didn’t scan this.” I turned it over to show him that it’s part of the two-piece set, and I DID scan the set, and he just said “Oh” and walked away. No apology, just “Oh” and walked away. I spend thousands of dollars on groceries, household goods, Rx at this exact Target location every year. Maybe even tens of thousands, since it’s our primary grocery store. And this man comes over and accuses me of stealing a ~$4 pair of baby pants. This was the first time I’ve stepped into this Target since I had my baby back in July, and this was how it went. I’m canceling my Circle 360 Membership and requesting a refund because I won’t be shopping at any Target anymore. Walmart customer service is just as bad, but at least Walmart’s cheaper.

Target has been adding some really cute clothes lately. I have purchased probably four or five dresses from there and some tops in the last 6 months or so.
