I wanted to share feedback on my experience from a few weeks ago because it fell well below what I expected.
From the moment I arrived, things felt disorganized. My appointment time didn’t seem to matter, the communication was unclear, and I ended up waiting far longer than I was told. On top of that, no one bothered to give me an update or explain what was going on. It left me feeling like my time wasn’t valued at all.
I don’t mind delays...they happen but the lack of transparency and basic customer service was the frustrating part. I’m hoping you can take this seriously and address it, because right now I’m not confident returning or recommending your shop to anyone.

This place was a such an amazing experience! I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic and they were so helpful and honest. This was my second visit here and I would highly recommend. It’s a breath of fresh air to be able to trust a place when you are a single woman.

As a young woman with no car knowledge, it's extremely hard to find a trusting mechanic. I've been treated like trash or scammed more times than it was worth. My boyfriend's family highly recommended this business, as they've been bringing their vehicles here for a while and haven't had any major issues. I emailed asking about a simple oil change and tire rotation, and they replied within 4 minutes, and set up an hour-long appointment. I got there, and waited exactly an hour, as predicted. They filled my tires and even reset the maintained needed warning without asking, or extra charge. It was a pretty good price, and the whole team was so kind. They didn't try and upsell me on anything or say my whole car needed a new engine. I left satisfied.

Ten Ten Auto Service is the best in the biz! Long story short.... they came through for me again. They always do. FAST, EASY, HONEST, and QUALITY WORK! Now I know to never go anywhere else.
Avoid my mistake by trying to go somewhere else and just call TEN TEN AUTO first!!!!

What do I like about Ten Ten Auto Service? Everything! Most important is that they are honest. I trust them completely. They don't try to sell me anything I don't need to have done. In fact, there were times when I was going to spend money on a repair but they convinced me it wasn't necessary. I'm not just another number to them. They are good mechanics and even better people. J.T. is like my auto repair guru, and Edie, who answers the phone, always makes me feel valued. When my car has a complicated problem, Jerry (The owner) rolls up his sleeves and makes sure things are done the right way. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Terrible customer service, low quality of work. I had to take my car to another shop to fix their bad install. I paid for the same job twice because they couldn’t do it right the first time. I won’t waste my time here ever again.

I installed a 383 Stroker with Holley fuel injection in my 94 Silverado and spent months trying to get it to run right. After trying 3 other auto shops in the area with no success, I decided to try Ten-Ten Auto. Jerry diagnosed the issue immediately and recommended a distributor upgrade that fixed the problem. Truck is running great now!
