Our bed and pillows are great and comfortable, very happy with them. What I really wanted to leave a review about was the delivery. The two men who delivered our mattress were fantastic. They were incredibly nice and helpful, beyond what they had to do. They moved an old queen mattress and box spring out of the guest room (as planned) BUT then all this extra -- also disassembled the frame in the guest room; disassembled and moved the (better quality as they pointed out) queen frame from the master to the guest room and reassembled it and re-attached the queen head board. Moved the queen bed and box spring from the master to the guest room. Then brought in my new king mattress to the master room -- being very careful of not tracking in dirt/grass from outside and being careful of my walls in a tight space as much as possible while moving what is apparently their heaviest mattress sold. I really really appreciated all the extra help, even more so because my husband was unable to be home for the delivery as originally planned to help with all of the above. Thanks you! They deserve a paid day off or something!

I loved everything about the experience of buying my mattress here. The woman who assisted us was knowledgeable, patient, and put absolutely zero pressure on us throughout our decision process. She took my feedback on the pillow top mattress and was able to suggest a fix of adding additional support columns (blue foam supports) which we ended up going with. I am posting this from my extremely comfortable bed, lol. Thank you!

Best mattress and great delivery experience! I love our new mattress and box spring. And even better was the delivery experience. They did not charge me extra to move my old bed frames and mattress to another room, and moved an old twin down to my garage. They also set up my new bed and attached the headboard. The pricing and sales help was fantastic too! Don't buy from anywhere else. These are made here in Raleigh ! #shoplocal my friends

While it is easy to go to their store and pick out your mattress, it is not cheap. You will be able to do much better with the on-line purveyors who are willing to price more aggressively and give you some extras for free.

I could not be happier , this is my third original mattress factory product. I have had one very basic serviceable full-size guest bed, one orthopedic extra firm queen size mattress with moderate padding that has served me well for 16 years, and just spent my first night on a king orthopedic extra firm with the best padding they make, essentially the top of their line, and just want to spand all my time in this bed. The guys that delivered the king are totally amazed that people spend so much more money on other name brands and don’t get anywhere near the life or quality out of them and then all the people spending stupid money on adjustable mattresses and memory foam have no idea what they’re missing in a traditionally well-made extremely supportive and comfortably padded conventional mattress and box spring is made by the best company you can find..

Very impressed with the education I received on mattresses. No frills or distractions, and no pressure. I was explained about the differences in each mattress but was not "up sold." I was given freedom of choice to make my own decision. Every question we had was answered truthfully. I ended up purchasing two mattresses! The flippable hybrid was definitely worth the extra cost! My husband and I are both sleeping better now. And our guest room now has a new comfortable plush top flippable mattress! I previously had a very expensive mattress that was found to be defective after only five years of use. Macy's was excellent at providing my warranty refund. I asked the inspector about the best brand and he said for longevity choose a flippable mattress. They are impossible to find, EXCEPT at The OMF! I was able to purchase a king and queen with my refund, and had enough left over to buy sheets and a mattress cover.
