I have lived at The Villages at Westford for over 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. Courtney is always willing to go above and beyond to help me and Carol always helps answers my questions and concerns. Maintenance is very responsive to work orders and always completes them in a timely manner. I would recommend living here!

Recently my washing machine started making a loud noise. Reported it to maintenance on our website. A couple of days went by and Mike from maintenance checked it and said he would get back to me. I also talked to Carol, the Manager to see status of the situation and she said she would put in another maintenance request. That afternoon Mike came with another washing machine. This whole process took about 4 days and I was extremely happy with the results. We have lived in this complex since 2021 and LOVE it here because of the staff that work here.

Shanell made us we feel welcomed and accommodated during our tour. We applied after our experience. We could tell immediately why it’s highly rated. Our communications with Courtney and Shanell afterwards were excellent. They considered our small window of opportunity as we recently moved to the state. While we ultimately opted to move in elsewhere, it was only because we received a special offer elsewhere at the 11th hour. My wife and I are immensely appreciative of Shanell and Courtney for their excellent service and all their hard work to accommodate our delicate situation. Thank you Courtney and Shanell for your excellent service and communication every step of the way. God bless you!

I lived at Villages at Westford for 2 years . After a year of living here management changed but the professionalism , maintenance of the property & quality of staff stayed the same. I never had any major issues and I never saw any bugs!!! My lease renewals were $50 added to my rent maximum & they were always willing to negotiate!!They have great amenities and maintenance team. My neighbors became good friends of mine. I only relocated for more space. I’d definitely recommend this complex .

Since my husband and I have officially left I’ve decided to write this and just let it rip. It’s going to be a bit long but well worth the read.
We lived here at this complex for 2 years and within t that time the complex was bought and new management came in. I was not impressed in the new management what so ever.
I was harassed by another resident over parking my vehicle in front of the building I lived in. There is no assigned parking and I pay to live and park there. The resident then told me that they were watching what we do and have photos and videos of us. We reported it to management and nothing was done about the situation.
During our time living at the complex we received multiple text messages from management about noise complaints over us “stomping”. We apologized to our downstairs neighbors about the disturbance because we weren’t aware we were doing that. They had absolutely NO idea about what we were talking about.
Lastly, what I consider the cherry on the top was during the second to last month of living in our apartment. Keep in mind that I was 9 months pregnant and there was a heatwave.. we put in numerous maintenance orders over the span of 3 weeks due to our air conditioning not working. Our apartment was 85+ degrees during those 3 weeks. Each time we “got it fixed” it would break over and over again. I had to bring up the idea over a portable air conditioner. We had to go down to the main office and sit with Carol and tell her what was going on. Carol is the head manager (so I was told) and she lacks the ability to actually speak to people with respect and also lacks basic social skills. However, that’s a conversation for another time. I had to call the head corporate office to really light the fire under them to get it fixed. I also had to tell them that if my baby passed away from over heating that they will hear from me again. As a reminder, I was 9 months pregnant during a heat wave. They broke a bunch of renters rights that tenants have.
Save yourself the headache and live elsewhere.

I lived at the villages of Westford in 2023 last. One star for the construction and location which were great.
I was initially given a wrong address during my move in. I worked with the agent to clear that which took 11 emails back and forth with multiple other wrong addresses.
On the move in day, I was handed the wrong keys. The carpet in the bedroom was still wet and the fan on. The heating wasn’t working. I tried being as polite as I could.
I had trouble with the washer which they replaced. I appreciated that. I still had trouble which I did not get a clear fix for. I let that slide
I bubbled up my concerns in their internal survey. After which, they declined any help. I was locked out of my apartment once. Maintenance said he is in the vicinity and had the keys but won’t let me in because it is not an emergency.
Another time, the alarm went off at midnight and wouldn’t stop. Maintenance again, said this was not an emergency to him. I navigated my place and it was fine. I had to call the hardware company and dismantle it myself. Maintenance called at 6:00 am, woke me up and just asked if it was Okay and that he would come by and fix it. He didn’t for another week till I left.
I felt unsafe in what they call ‘luxury apartments’.
I was charged for a carpet I did not stain. They didn’t give me an account number in time so I sent a personal check which they said was fine to get it over with. They reported me to debt collectors that I have to deal with right now.
I regret living there and wish I had picked another option.

So a friend of mine applied to live there. They are too timid to leave a review of their experience. She applied and was denied based on a 17 year old misdemeanor conviction. Now mind you my friend is a nurse with a nursing license in North Carolina. They passed every relevant background check to save lives.. FBI and SBI... So when my friend calls the leasing office the person on the phone states. "Come in and we will look at your paperwork and work with you". When they arrived, The receptionist looked up the information and went back to the manager. The manager refused to come out and talk to them. When the only reason my friend even showed up to the complex was cause they were told that some one should be available to talk. Infact they were dismissive and could not be bothered. I would never recommend this place to anyone based on this. And I will be sure to make sure that all of my 1.1 million tik tok. My 222,000 "x" ( formally known as twitter) followers. And my thousands of podcast listeners Know never to rent here!!!P.S. Just hope they aren't as dismissive when they have to save the life of a family member of yours !

This property has new management as of Sept 2023. Miss Carol and Courtney, our new managers, are so welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is always working and they get request done quickly. My standards are high so I’m glad they are just as good as Bell Partners was.

5 stars for Rich on the maintenance team. He is so patient and kind. We had an issue with our ceiling fan and it turned out to be something very silly that we should have noticed. I appreciate his professionalism.

We have a property here and the clubhouse is fantastic! The only complaints I have are the controllers aren’t charged, VR doesn’t work properly, and there aren’t ping pong paddles/balls in sight. But other than that, the pool (table and swimming) is good, the gym is well equipped. I like spending time here!
