I HATE when companies sign you up for a monthly service without telling you that they did. If you have to operate like this you need a new business model. SHAME ON YOU. I got charged 2 months for zero car washes.

I HATE when companies sign you up for a monthly service without making it clear that this is happening. Very scammy. I got charged 50.00 two months in a row and I never got one car wash. Because I did not know that I had signed up for anything. SHAME ON YOU. Change your business model.

l am reaching out to commend the extraordinary service l received from Manager Dan Asst Managers Cameron and Mike. Also other employess John at the car entrance his customer service is superb as well as Tyler and Bryson. And fantastic service from Phil at the car cleaning area.What truly stands out is their patience and professionalism. They make me feel like a valued customer.The quality of service l experience each time l come to this location is undoubtedly a reflection of your company's values and will keep me coming back for excellent service.Thank you once again for making me feel appreciated as a customer. It's a scam, never give them your credit card, they will charge you monthly without your authorization.I went once and I remember specifically said not to any subscription, but they enrolled me anyways. It's disgusting that they're using such low tactics to steal people's money.I'm not the only one that has been charged unfairly and more people need to be aware of this so I'm naming the tags in hopes of more visibility: vacuums, towels, cleaner, pay, tire, window, truck, brushes, tunnel, windshield.

Very friendly staff and great car wash station! I appreciate how there are super powerful vacuums with a thinner nozzle so you can reach a lot of spaces in your car!They also have cleaning spray bottles and rags at the vacuum station, which is awesome for really cleaning the car!Tidal Wave is my favorite car wash station in Apex/Cary

Its a car wash ?♀️ with a half dozen people standing around to make it look like its more than that. But the reality is i drove through an automatic car wash and then was offered towels and vacuums if i felt like doing more. I dont, thats why i didnt just do this at home. I may as well have.It may have been 3 stars, but it advertises as something more. The underwhelming result lost the star.

I’ve been going to this car wash for a while now. The service is great and I love the layout. The facility is very clean. My car is always squeaky clean when I leave!

Went here for contactless wash. You need to let them know before for contactless. Gets the job done and also, they provide free vacuum cleaner, cloth and spray if you still have any missed spots. Love getting my Tesla washed here.

Best car wash in the area!The manager and employees are out of this world! They will make you feel like family and they are dog lovers too. My dogs love the tunnel experience and the attention from the manager and employees. I highly recommend the unlimited wash package, best deal to save money.The tunnel machine/rags do a good job leaving my car squeaky clean. Vacuum cleaners work great and plenty of clean rags and glass cleaner for our use. I usually spend a good hour every time I come to Tidal Wave. There are other car washes in the area that will time limit you, not here. Keep up the great job Tidal wave!
