Tommy has been my “go to” Honda Acura specialist since 2017. We have four Hondas and one Acura, one car has about 80K miles, the rest have between 200K to 320K miles, and all are extremely reliable daily drivers.
Tommy will not try and sell you stuff your car doesn’t need. He has the factory training and the expertise to make sure that maintenance items are done at the right intervals, and any work performed is done correctly the first time. If he gives you advice on how to manage an issue or maintenance schedule on your specific car based upon its condition, then you can be assured it’s a very reasonable, well thought out approach. This aspect of how he runs his shop is particularly helpful with high mileage cars like mine. Many parts on Hondas and Acuras have extended life spans beyond what “the book says”, but a few parts may need closer attention.
Tommy knows these details and he will be straight up with you about them. When I pay Tommy for a job, it’s not just for the physical work that he does, it’s also for the intangible benefits of “customized care “ he provides with his expertise.
Auto mechanics aren’t cheap, but bad mechanics and service advisors are way more expensive in the long run. If you’re frustrated and unhappy with other shops & the dealerships, Toms Garage can fix that too, along with you Honda or Acura.

My Acura mdx constantly was skipping when accelerating at 45 mph. Went to Acura southpoint they were lovely but did not know what was wrong. Gave toms garage a call and he instantly knew what to do and fixed it for a reasonable price.After I got it back I was pleased to discover the problem was solved even though he let me know it may take awhile to go away (had a drain and fill and a software update). My car is back in his shop for maintenance and I will continue to bring it to them! They truly know how to take care of your Acura or Honda!

Great service at a fair price and clearly communicated timeline. The owner is honest and fair but may come across as gruff at first. Super solid though and his tech staff are top notch too. I highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Tom’s garage enough. I started bringing both my Acuras to Tom after the Acura dealer was recommending expensive and unnecessary repairs. Tom is honest and straightforward and pricing is much lower than the dealer. So happy to have shop like Tom’s garage.

Tom and his Tech's are excellent. How many shops call you with the tech on speakerphone to run thru the issues with your older Honda with 245K miles on it. They give it to you straight and have the knowledge level to fix pesky problems. We will continue to go out of our way to their shop.
