This would be a 1 star if it was up to the guy I just got off the phone with who HUNG UP on me mid-conversation and wouldn’t tell me why I’m being charged $70 that I shouldn’t be. Everyone else was helpful and nice but I’m still being charged $70 more than I should be- I will not be using this location in the future.

Hands down the most crooked human being on earth. Picked it up with a check engine light on, the last clients contract on the floor with all of their personal information on it as well as there McDonald’s food trash and coffee cups. The dash near the shifter had a half inch long cigarette ash sitting beside it and it stunk of smoke. 10 miles into the trip the check oil light came on. We redirected and went to a gas station to purchase oil...it took two full quarts to register on the dipstick. I didn’t care about the $16.00 I paid for oil, I was just glad to get our things moved to be honest. We were 29 minutes late on the return (would not have been if it had oil in it). The van had less than a half a tank, I returned it with a little less than a quarter of a tank thinking he would be cool. Instead was met with rudeness and over billing. He charged me $70.00 for fuel and lied about my return time and charged me for a full day. Thank fully I had receipts and pics of the dash lights on so uhaul returned my money. For me...it had nothing to do with the money...just a disrespectful owner. Will never go there again!

I have told clients to use another U-Haul franchise. Not only is it dirty, and the customer service is terrible, but I overheard one of the owners telling a woman, “do you even have your drivers license?” when she had trouble backing a truck out of their crowded lot. Sarcasm has no place in owning a business, and the brazen way that he did it, knowing that other customers were standing around really left a bad taste in my mouth. Please vote with your wallet.

Went to this Uhaul rental because I pass it almost every day going to work. Reserved a truck and went to pick up. Mentioned I needed some moving blankets, was sent to other side of place where the blankets were balled up. My son and I proceeded to fold and took 9 of them. The next day while we were loading, it was raining and I noticed water was coming in from the top corners. I could see it had been caulked previously so I assume it had been known to leak. Some boxes got wet, but thank God it was nothing that could get damaged in the boxes. I returned the truck, mentioned water coming in and I showed the owner pictures and absolutely nothing was said. Then as he rang up the total, it was for about $70 more than I was quoted on my Uhaul sheet. He told me it was because of milage which he said I went 2 miles over and I asked if it were 70 dollars for going over 2 miles? He then told me it was taxes. My 13 year old son began to use my phone and did the math. It did not add up. I showed him the phone with the calculations and the he got the price back down to approximately the price I was told from the beginning. He told me the mistake was he was charging me for 76 blankets accidentally. Needless to say, not a good experience. Will go to a different location next time.

I’ve returned rentals to this location twice. Both times were fast, easy and pleasant. Most recently, I forgot my hanging clothing behind the driver side seat in the cab of the truck. When I realized it and called a couple of days later, they informed me they had my stuff hanging up inside at the front desk! Just come by at my convenience and pick it up! I really appreciate you guys going the extra steps to provide above and beyond service!

Just rented a U-Haul from this location. My daughter booked it online, and then went in to pick up her truck - a 5-day rental one-way, for drop off in Cincinnati. Their system was down; she offered to show them the online confirmation, but they didn't look. We took the truck and paid movers to put our furniture in. Three hours later the owner calls, claims that we had a 15-foot truck (it was 10-foot), and that it couldn't be used for a one-way move. We spent 2.5 wasted hours sweltering in the heat, while he found 2 men to move the furniture from the truck that THEY GAVE US and the truck they wanted us to use. He took nothing off for HIS mistake. We lost a full half a day because of him. I will never go back. Horrible customer service.

We called and asked about renting a truck. They sounded annoyed that we were even calling at 5:50 because they close at 6:30. They said we would be able to rent a truck and just return it after hours. When we arrived at 6:20 they had already shut down and left early.

Called this uhaul place to rent a vehicle. Showed up before 10 minutes before closing & lights were off and no one was there. The man who I spoke with originally refused to answer their phone so I couldn’t reach them. Needed to urgently rent a truck to pickup a bed for my daughter but will not be able to.

The truck that was rented to me had a check engine light, low tire pressure light, and the radio did not work. The truck also had well over 100,000 miles on it, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but the truck was definitely showing its age and incredibly unpleasant to drive. Additionally, the stated mileage at the start of my rental did not match the mileage of the truck. It was off by 14 miles. This caused me to incur additional mileage charges. I did not notice until I drove away and the location does not have a published phone number, therefore I was not able to call him to let him know. When I returned for the day, he questioned me because the correct mileage reading worked in my favor. He also asked me to bring in a picture of the mileage and didn't even bother to check the truck himself while I was there. My final charges ended up being much higher than they should have been and they were added after I had already left the location. The guy working just didn't really care and wants to just run a lazy business.

The process is easy but the area to get the trucks is very congested.
