Poor and VERY RUDE customer service. Printing system is not so great and charging wrongly aligned prints which are of no use to me and additional charges for to just click print.
Other stores I went to never did that.

Service is excellent! However, to charge eight dollars for a roll of tape is crazy, especially when it's cheap tape. What happened to typing up a box for free because you chose to ship with us? Then on a side note I was told I had to type my own boxes then a guy comes in behind me and gets bis package typed up free of charge. I ship with UPS on a weekly and to nickel and dime your customers is awful!

A UPS store that only “sells tape” instead of proper customer service of allowing customers to use the tapes they already use is bad business practice.i needed a foot of tape! Not coming back here again!

Poor customer service, poor attitudes. Went in to return an Amazon product and was told it was a "Customer Packed" return. I was aware, which is why I packed it in the original packaging it came in with shipping labels removed... ya know, like it says on the Amazon website. Employee told me he would not accept it because Customer Packed means I have to use my own box and cannot use the packaging it came in. I explained that is not what it means, he repeated his misguided statement back to me, this time more rudely and then said, "If you still don't understand I can have my manager explain it to you." Pretty rude thing to say to customer who is just following Amazon's policy. He would not accept it and told me to "go home and come back when I pack it right". Just know that UPS Stores are not UPS, they are privately owned franchises. So whoever the owner is, (the one who keeps replying to these poor reviews with hollow, insincere words) is the root of it. No retail store with any sense would allow employees to be rude like that. I was not rude to the employee at all, other than staring him down a bit in disbelief after he said what he said. There are many other UPS stores within driving distance and many other shipping services around. Just don't go there, they are the worst.

Had a very unpleasant shipping experience that turned out well only because of the store manager. The simple version is package was sent 2day air and had to arrive before recipient flew out of state on business. Never learned why it was delayed but UPS CS was a joke that just simply lied. Spoke with the store manager, and she jumped in to assist and got the package expedited to the location in time and saved the day. Will continue to use the Apex store for my shipping needs. Geraldine did a great job!

Staff was very rude and demanded I wrap the box like a Xmas gift. I just went to a different place in Cary (O'Kelly Chapel Rd) and they took it with a smile.
I'll just go there in the future even though it's a few minutes further.

Everyone in the store is wonderful with the exception of Margaret. On multiple occasions I have been in the store and she has been rude to customers. I dropped off a box that had a UPS label on it. There was a line in the store and she took a few minutes to get back to her registrations. The young man that works there had told me she would help me. She did not like that I was at her registrar before she called me over even though I was told to go to her registrar. Overall I have had excellent experiences at this store but her attitude needs to change because you will lose customers.

I stopped to drop off a return with Amazon return label. They said it says customer packages item. I had it on original shipping box with all original packaging. I said it just needs to be taped. The lady pointed me to the tape section to BUY a tape gun. I have been to many shipping places and they have ALWAYS grabbed a tape gun and taped the box. Standard practice people. Don't go here unless your stuff is 100% ready.

They took my package and did the reuqired job.
Irritated with the fact that when I drop off a return package I now get the drop off reciept pasted onto a giant UPS Store Ad. The incessant need to push ads into the middle of every single human interaction is destructive.
