Love uptown! You can always find something and great prices! We have purchase male and female clothing as well as shoes and been very happy with the items. The people are nice and helpful, especially Chelsea.

I wish I could give zero stars, because even one star feels far too generous. I absolutely would not recommend selling anything here. Their buying standards make no sense. On one hand, they proudly stock cheaply made Shein items, yet when I brought in quality jeans from PacSun and American Eagle, I was told they “couldn’t take them.” It’s baffling to me that they would prefer fast-fashion, low-quality items over well-known, durable brands.
The experience felt inconsistent and honestly disappointing. As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness, but instead I was left questioning their judgment and business practices. If you’re thinking about selling your clothes here, don’t waste your time, you’ll likely leave frustrated and undervalued.

Employee took carts from two of my three siblings, disrespectful if I’ve ever felt it. Don’t shop here if you have kids. They are not kid friendly, they made both of them cry by doing so. Using the excuse of “carts are for customers” we were customers. We were getting clothes. I recommend going to a different uptown cheapskate. They called the police on us for no reason. We felt disrespected and honestly just like we weren’t welcome. My siblings are only five, six, and seven years old, completely unnecessary to take the cart the way they did. She was the only employee who done this, another employee had a full conversation with my sisters and had no problem with them walking around with the carts. Will not be going back to this store unless I go to another location.

A really GREAT resale / thrift … !! ALL brands (Zara, Free People, Nike, Madewell, Banana Republic, etc … and a huge and excellent selection of all as well as accessories, bags, shoes, socks, scarfs, sunnies, jewelry, etc. The Merch is always changing and new new new !! There is always something great to find here …

Told me my items I was selling were “too worn” I had a brand new lululemon t-shirt in my selling collection. Explain how that is too worn? Employees are very rude to top it all off. If you feel like wasting your time and dealing with unnecessary attitude then go ahead and shop here. Otherwise don’t waste your time.
