Truly the best place to go for passport services. Everyone was so helpful and they were able to fit me in without an appointment.Also super helpful for mailing packages. I’ve always had great customer service.

This Post Office is like none I’ve ever encountered. The staff are kind and WELCOMING! I mailed a package and was provided a receipt with my tracking number highlighted. They provide great service and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.

I had the best experience here at the Apex location. The team was so eager to help me and go above and beyond to make sure I had the best service possible. Definitely will be going to this location for now on!

I don’t know how to find SETH who works here, but he was probably one of the kindest humans I’ve met in the longest time. It was a Saturday around 4…long after the main post office in-person service was closed. Had a package that I didn’t want to get stuck in the Mail Drop…I think the bin was full and I didn’t want to jam it for anyone else coming behind me the rest of the day. He was a clearly already off the clock for the day but noticed my angst on what to do :)….went above and beyond to ask if I needed any help and took my pre-paid package all the way around the building package to make sure it made it into the bin. Even though I’ve had some crummy experiences with the USPS (in general) over the years, I’ve longed believed in the magic of the United States post office and today kept that magic alive!! I don’t know Seth’s last name or what he even does for the post office….but if his supervisor is out there…give this dude a raise or a bonus or something!! He is a perfect example of why Apex is the Peak of Good Living and why the Post Office just might endure. If you could also give him a giant high five from me, that’d be great! #SethForPostmasterGeneral

This is only a review regarding the passport service. Both my wife and I submitted our passport applications here. Such a great experience and we were very fond of the employee, Tracy, so we decided to come here to get our son’s passport renewal. As pleasant as our first visit, we were in and out within 10 minutes. We will definitely come back when our other kids need new passports.

Absolutely horrible service management. To start off they lost my package. A simple book ordered off Barnes & Noble was somehow lost? Called them a few hours later so I could give them time in case they pre-did it. I was given a “case number,” and it took them THREE DAYS, to go look through my other neighbor’s mail boxes. Which by that time, obviously, the package would have probably been picked up. A deliberate scam so they don’t have to do any more work. I called them back to ask, and the person who responded was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to repeat 5 different times that I understood my package was supposedly “delivered,” but I filed a case number because it had not been delivered. Another money-hungry scam, LOSES MY PACKAGE, and as a result I can’t even file for a refund because once again, I had to pay extra for insurance? So not only are you going to LOSE MY PACKAGE, you’re going to blame me and not refund me? Extremely negligent, and I’m 100% sure that they didn’t even bother to genuinely look or ask around for it. Horrible service, and it’s not that hard to acknowledge a mistake on YOUR part. At least if you’re not going to refund me, don’t try and gaslight me into thinking I just so badly want to steal 25 dollars or am just soooooo idiotic that I didn’t realize it was under the plant on my front door step. Like what?? I’m in the process of wasting 25 dollars on a useless service like this. Do better, service, and management wise. Update: It was in fact the USPS’s fault, and was not “delivered to my address, October 27th.” I posted on my neighborhood’s facebook group and thankfully a few days later someone came in saying they found the package. I found it with no help from USPS, AT ALL. And, it was THEIR mistake. Would not recommend using USPS, at all.

I normally don't write reviews but the service I have received from this USPS office was frustrating. They lost a government issued ID for one of my clients and took no responsibility. My client has to pay out of pocket for something they had no fault in. I understand things happen but what I don't understand is why I could never reach someone to give me a proper answer. I can't file a claim on the lost package because according to their tracking website, it was delivered. And it was delivered, but to the wrong address. I called several times, wanting to speak to someone in charge and was always told that someone would call back. It is August and this incident occurred in April and I still have not heard from them. After interacting with the employees at this location, it is obvious that they make no effort in actually helping you and that they tell you whatever you want to hear, so you can go on about your day. If I could give negative stars, I would because at the end of the day, this not only gave me a bad impression of the services here, but my client has to deal with the repercussions.

My wife runs a small business and she was in the post office today and raves about how Tina helped her put one of her rugs she makes in a tiny box. She say Tina was so helpful and gave amazing customer service.

I think a USPS location is a reflection of its team, and thankfully, the team here has been exceptional in my opinion. There is the potential for an off-day, but for the most part I’ve been consistently pleased with service. Special thanks to Tina and Jamesha for always being patient and friendly with my questions regarding mailing options and pricing.

A delight to come here. Staff are friendly and efficient. If you are a regular, they begin to call you by name! Only the outside of the buildings and grounds needs care.

Applying for passport here is so much easier just need to make sure you have all documents ready they normally accept by appointments however if you have everything ready they can fit you in, very nice people.Thumbs up for Tracy and her colleague for providing best customer service.

Apex post office. Plan on waiting a bit, in my experience there's generally only two windows open and Apex is growing so there will be a line. Some folks are not as prepared as they could be and took a bit of time from the folks at windows but when you get up there service was courteous and helpful, got me what I needed.
