My husband and I love this Walgreens! We visit the Apex area every spring and always stop here to grab toiletries, snacks, etc. Anything we need during our trip. Very clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Do not use their picture department for birthday cards. I was told my order was ready and went in to pickup my order. Lady at the desk told me the order has been cancelled. She stated the photo department should have called to let me know, I did not get a call at all. Also went here instead as my order was cancelled at the fuquay location first. Very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer to Walgreens photo for a long time. Will not be back to this Walgreens.

My favorite Walgreens in the area. Clean. Pleasant. Pharmacy is great, they’re closed on Sunday but that’s excellent for the pharmacy workers, and can be worked around if you have literally any foresight.

Terrible experience with processing and picking up passport photos. There were three employees in the store chatting and they avoided helping me for the duration of my visit. The first employee basically told me to figure it out when I asked for advice on how to operate their photo kiosk. I then went to ask another employee and she was super impatient and told me she did not know what I wanted. So I clarified and told her I needed a passport photo to which she responded by muttering she can't do this right now and left. Finally, a third employee walked by and assisted me but that was after an hour at the store.

probably the best working environment i've been in, good management and coworkers, with strong and unique personalities. customer service was very important in this store and you can tell!! can't believe the reviews are so low here?? great soup.

The pharmacy tech at the drive-thru at 12:30 today was completely unprofessional & dismissive! I intend to call & make a complaint with management. His attitude was completely uncalled for & unacceptable! He's lucky we were in a hurry and had to get back to work!!
Too bad you can't leave a zero star review!

They are always having stock issues. The turnover rate is high. I was given someone's heart medication vs my 8yr old child's prescription vitamins. They have a great deal of problems using insurance

Really a catch 22 with this place. They might be the only pharmacy in town that has your medication, but they will not rerun your insurance or make sure they ran proper insurance when your prescriptions are hundreds of dollars more than they should be, and Christopher specifically is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in person. So yeah, get your meds but they know that you don't have any other options but them and their customer service reflects that.

This is the worst pharmary around, they lie to you cos they do not want to help the patient. Tried to fill a Medicare covered continuous glucose monitor and gave me the run around after numerous phone calls. Once the prescription was sent to COSTCO it was done smoothly without any issue. DO NOT USE THEM PERIOD. I would give them a negative rating if that was available.

Staff is great here but…why does the Olive Chapel location have a much better selection of makeup brands and skin care brands? Plus a better selection of holiday everything.

Placed an order through this store to have my disposable camera developed. Was given a receipt with a time and date that I could come in and get my photos. Called to ask if they were ready after this time and date had passed and was told they are not ready. I prompted asking why they weren’t ready by the time and date I was given and was told “I couldn’t have received a time and date because Walgreens does not do that.” Told the gentleman that I was looking and the paper in front of me and was told that “there is no way Walgreens would have given me a time and date on an order that had to be sent out to a separate company.” Was repeatedly called a liar for saying I had a slip of paper with a time and date. It’s one thing for a late photo order (things happen, I get it), it’s another to be called a liar over and over again. Will never be returning to this Walgreens nor any other. (Adding a photo of said receipt to prove I’m not a liar)

I am changing my pharmacy asap. I have had so many problems at this pharmacy. I went on Thurs to pick up my inhaler (used for asthma). They didn’t have it in stock but told me to come back Friday and they would have it. Went back Friday, but nope, they still didn’t have it - told me to come back Monday!?!? I told him that I am now out & need it. He said he would call it into another store & it should be ready. Since it was late I decided to go early Sat AM. It was NEVER CALLED IN! Incompetent!!!

The stole from me $30 i have recepit and everthing and they said the cant do nothing and are videos where they can see the Manager said wallgreen stole my money and they cant do nothing call corporate is awsome
