I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens pharmacy since 2000, and it has declined rapidly this past year. I am given different answers from different employees regarding my refills with no regard to the fact that my medicine has been withheld from me for two months now. My doctor has gotten involved and due to Walgreens ignorance and unavailability, now it is a new year and things have become an insurance issue. There is no compassion from the pharmacy employees and nothing is consistent with their answers they have provided me. The past employees were excellent. They knew their customers names, were personable and respected their customers. I miss Maria. She had respect and compassion for others. Whether this is an employee issue or a business issue Walgreens needs to step it up and correct all these mistakes immediately. The texts sent stating medication is ready are completely inaccurate, the employees have no compassion and are not trained to handle situations as they should be. To have my doctor agree and be disenchanted with the Walgreens service given to me speaks volumes. This has been a horrible experience. I will state that the photo lab and regular checkout personnel are excellent. I would never refer anyone to the Walgreens in Stonecreek Cary for prescription needs at this point in time.

Beware if you schedule vaccinations they pretty much always seem to be unable to get the paperwork from behind the desk to the nurse giving the vaccine. Make sure you check in with the desk often if they are running past your appointment time. Chances are they’ve not pushed your paperwork along.

I went in for passport photos and they said they could not do them because there was only two people working in the store.I asked when I should come back and I was told to come back when there was at least three employees working.

Not sure what has happened to this management but the pharmacy has been excellent and now declining in being reliable. Pharmacist are overworked and management does nothing to help. Mistakes with medicines and disappearing prescriptions from personal webpages in not acceptable and down right dangerous for many. Manager fix your problems I use to love coming to that Walgreens but sadly will be leaving it permanently.

Have been filling my prescriptions here for many months now. GoodRx showed me $10 for my prescription and an older code that was already applied last time showed $22. The pharmacist told me that the coupon I had for $10 was not correct (which I understood), but they removed the old code and charged me $32 instead of using the old code. Also, very irritating that they have to go to the head pharmacist to accept a coupon as if its that persons whim and fancy what's allowed and what's not. They buy these generic medicines for a dollar or two from places like India. Losing a customer for $10 must make perfect sense to these greedy institutions.

The pharmacy is terrible! I refill my meds and give them a few days to get it together and make sure it goes through insurance. Everytime i go to get it they never have it. This last time they gave me the wrong meds and having seizures i cant miss a day of my meds.

This is one of the closest locations to me so I have frequented this Walgreens more. I have come here multiple times for passport photos and also shipping needs. Rosemary is a fantastic employee that runs that entire store. She rings up people at the register, does passport photos and keeps the lines moving. I went during the COVID pandemic so everyone was on edge yet she still maintains her composure and customer service outlook. I just want to give Rosemary a shout out for her excellent service. I have had one shipping incident here where my package that I dropped off for UPS was not picked up for a few days yet it was resolved after I filed a claim.
