Too bad I had to rate it one star. I have been a customer at this location (even when it was a kroger store) since moving to apex in 1989. Yesterday I went to pick up one of several prescriptions I have on file with them (or did). I mentioned that I had "Good Rx" "Single Care" and several other cards if she saw something lower using the card. She looked on the data base and told me that she is having trouble getting my prescription as it is on back order so she has to send it through a second supplier and therefore she cannot get my script from the "kroger" warehouse and she is losing quite a bit of money by selling me my prescriptions at the amount that came through on my pick up text. I never once argued rate with her. She suggested-and I kid you not-"that in the future you may want to do business somewhere else as she wont be offering the price (which is on Good RX) and she gets in trouble from HT when she honors the price on-line because the medicine is on back-order and the cheaper warehouse can't get it in stock (like that is my fault). In all my years I have never been told to take my business elsewhere. So back went the groceries (at about a 200% mark up), I used up my fuel points and I will never do business with HT again even though I can see the back of the store from my deck. I assure you Harris Teeter makes a sweet profit based on their prices on food, pharmacy and gas...and they have been very generously sharing the mark up of inflation plus their hefty high prices on most items enough that they get A SIZEABLE piece of the pie on what they are selling. If there is internal price problems because HT can not get it at the cheapest price, isn't that their problem? Perhaps tell the customer that it's out of stock rather than to tell people take their business elsewhere because the employees get in trouble from management when they aren't making enough profit on the item.

The lady doing Express Lane today was rude and unfriendly as can be. I will be cancelling my membership because of her, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.

By far the best Harris Teeter in the area. The customer service is over-the-top fantastic. The "Kids" that work there are great, very friendly, talks to you when checking you out, great manners. The staff will say hello when they pass you in the aisles. They go out of their way to help out.

This is one of our favorite Teeters! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They have a good selection of wine and cheeses (see pics). The only negative is this is a smaller location. You will definitely notice this in the produce section. It is conveniently located off of highway 64. So even if you don't live in the area, you are able to get in and out quickly. Worth noting, there is a Starbucks located inside. Happy Teetering!!

This was one of the kindest and funniest shopping adventures ever! I'm new to the area but no one looked down on me, in fact, everyone was super sweet and helpful!

So happy to have this grocery store open. We missed our Kroger but Harris-Teeter has become a great new neighbor. The store is clean and neatly organized. So far, they have had every item that I have come in looking for. They frequently have specials that apply for this store only. So visit frequently and check to see if there is a flyer at the checkout.

This location is always busy! I guess late in the day and maybe early mornings might be better, but otherwise be prepared for the usual impatience and aggressive hijinxs by drivers in the overflowing parking lot. While I like the selection and prices at Kroger's in general, I'm never very happy with any of their produce, no matter the location, it at times seem sub par and even on the verge of being past it's prime. The stores themselves need a major overhaul and this one is no exception. The employees here do seem friendlier and more helpful than locations nearer to me, so that is usually a relief. The only time I ever shop here is if I'm at Costco, which thankfully isn't too often!

Wonderful place we've been using for years! Wouldn't trust another doctor's office more with my kids!

Medical staff is great but usually runs very far behind on the schedule....
