“We have been looking for a new truck and van for weeks and every single dealership we had been to was a complete NIGHTMARE. We ended up deciding to go to Riverside to check out a van (Chrysler Pacifica) and we are so glad God made the way for us to get there. We got there late around 6pm with 4 young children. Albra was more than happy to help us. He wasn't bothered one bit by the chaos. What we really appreciated is the fact that he didn't linger and hover and try to pressure us into our purchase like ever other sales person we interacted with had. When we finally decided to move forward with our purchaseChris ordered pizza to feed our kids because he knew they were hungry and ready to go. “Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.”

“Jonah was very friendly and affordable when I called him up to see when he would be available to come and rotate my tires and take a look at my brakes. When he came to me he was very professional and got right to work. It didn’t take him long to get the tires rotated and let me know that the brakes would need to be replaced. Since I have a newer vehicle with the TMI reader he was able to use his tool so the computer could learn the new placements! I have since order the brakes needed for my car and will definitely be using Jonah to put them on along with all my other vehicle needs.”
