“Jonah was very friendly and affordable when I called him up to see when he would be available to come and rotate my tires and take a look at my brakes. When he came to me he was very professional and got right to work. It didn’t take him long to get the tires rotated and let me know that the brakes would need to be replaced. Since I have a newer vehicle with the TMI reader he was able to use his tool so the computer could learn the new placements! I have since order the brakes needed for my car and will definitely be using Jonah to put them on along with all my other vehicle needs.”

“Personally, I don’t like the process of buying a car, especially at a dealership. This is based on over 20 years of experiences. Most have been.a mix of “ok” to “I can’t get wait to get out of here”. But honestly, my experience at Riverside was different. The person I worked with wasn’t pushy, demonstrated a lot of patience (we test drove a few vehicles), and the whole crew there was just nice. My family and I left in a vehicle we felt comfortable in with overall positive vibes. We have no regrets coming here. I highly recommend you ask for Albra - it was a pleasure to work with him!”
“Have had an excellent experience with the service department here. I took my 2018 F150 in for a coolant leak from the radiator, to be covered by an aftermarket warranty. The warranty company was difficult to work with, but the staff was patient and worked with me to make it happen. Once the radiator was repaired, there was immediately another coolant leak from a hose assembly. They repaired that quickly, but there was a check engine light on when I picked it up. They had me bring it back in the next day and offered me a ride to and from work in order to facilitate it. Problem was fixed that same day. Good customer service and friendly staff, can't ask for much else.”
